i am New in this Forum, Reedemed the FreeChip  BOXING on Dez.27 and come to a 540$ Balance ,have fullfilled the Wagerings and made a Cashout..i got the Money to my Bankaccount but only $200 .

As i Read in this Section the Mail from the Goldvip Club Casino Manager as they say there is NO Cashout Limit on the $20 Freechip.So i wonder why they only pay me $200 and canceled the Rest of over 340$ ??

DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH THEY GAVE U FREE FOR THE CHIP, THEY USUALLY TAKE THAT MONEY BACK

From my experience , almost all free chips have maximum cashout term. But since you were told that there is no cash out limit, it does seems strange you didnt get full amount.
All i can suggest you( like so many times b4) is to contact customer support and  ask for explanation.

i mean they wrote one time this one time that,they ingnore it totally,if this chip had a 2000$ playtrough and it has..so it is for sure unlimeted payout,and they self wrote this to me and the member in this thread.

Gold VIP almost never gives a free chip. I get one occasionally for birthdays and such, or as a gripe pay off (server glitch or somesuch if I remember) but the bonus is always tied to a single use, single account. It is possible another affiliate worked out a special deal with them that needs to tie to their affiliate ID.

it is a pretty decent casino with fast response times and payouts, credible and one of the few I feel comfortable with depositing with in the past. Would love to see LCB get an exclusive with them or rushmore etc.

Am currently looking for my copy of the original email. While I did get one (after I had already claimed, of course) all I remember seeing listed for terms were the $900 playthrough. I then went to the main T&C for the site, looking for a "Minimum withdrawl clause" ( http://www.goldvipclub.com/terms.aspx) and so far only see a comment that withdrawls for more than $100 may require a fax back.

I used to deposit to this site fairly regular about a year ago, and seem to remember withdrawing a 75 dollar win and a 50 dollar remainder of my deposit. On the Plus side here, this casino IS one of those listed most places as "reputable" and has independent review's. So if you wish to hold on before playing out the win to do the background stuff, it is possible to get a manager on it and lay out your ducks in a row... They also, in the past, have accepted outside arbitration for disputes from what I see at meister.

If someone has a copy of the email offering the code with the terms, please cut and paste it to here. In the end we play by the house rules... but we expect the House to do the same.

Tony, the only drawback I see is whether you have a copy of the email offering the promotion. This casino rarely offers a free chip but in this case they had some issues as they updated their site resulting in knocking alot of members offline and preventing access for about a day. Thus this was managements way of saying sorry for the inconvenience.

That you used the code without the email should not disqualify, having a copy of the email may bolster your argument when talking with the manager. Unfortunately, mine was deleted but maybe another helpful soul will come through for you.

I redeemed compt pts of $30, then played BJ to win it up to $100.  I made a withdrawal since 05/08, but its still pending.  I sent an email and asked why.  They said, it takes 10 business days for withdrawal to be processed. 

I think the code upgrade15 is no longer working.  Wow short time period.
