I hadn't played here since August when they gave me a free birthday chip.  When I logged in a few minutes ago a message flashed saying I had a $50 completion no deposit bonus waiting for me or something like that.  When I went to promotions there wasn't anything free there so I contacted live support who had no idea what I was talking about and said they would send it to upper management for review.  Has anyone else ever gotten a message about "a $50 completion bonus" while logged on to a casino?  It seems like someone at the casino should be able to see what messages flashed while I was logged in instead of acting like I made the whole thing up.

I had a very similar experience yesterday at this casino...I logged in and a window opened that said they were giving me a $65 NDB...click here to activate...when I clicked on the actvate button the window closed but there was no credit...went to promotions...nothing there.
