Um..I'm USA and I claimed it.  Try this...

Say "I got the code in email".  When they ask you to send it ask to what email and then say "sent".  Tell them this happens everytime they send you a code and you're tired of it.  Then when they say send it again say ok and you sent it.  When they say they still didn't get it explain your are frustrated, and then they should credit you.

Thanks for the help Allgood but I am done done done with this casino.  I have deposited MANY times and I get nothing from them except the occasional deposit bonus.  I told them that my friend told me about it and all she said was it was for 10 bucks for the 4th of July Celebration.  I told him I probably will not get it and he confirmed it.  lol

I was surprised when I asked support last night if I had any funds in my accounts they said $20 was just put into my platinum play account.  Believe me i was in shock.  I asked the same question again today and got "are you asking for a bonus because your accounts don't qualify"  I said I repeat I'm asking if I have any funds in my accounts and he said no.  No luck at their casinos I think I'll go back to Casino Rewards.
