I have been a depositing player with This is Vegas for about a year so was expecting to get a ND bonus from John, but instead he locked my account!
Since I have accounts at the other Rival casinos I no longer get promotions but they went one step further and locked my accounts at all the Rival casinos.
Not a big issue though, I had stopped using the Rival casinos all but Sloto-cash which still gives me promotions and didn't lock out my account
