I received that email last week,Had trouble downloading it due to viruses.I had to shut off anti virus,then later tried to log on,but couldnt,so i think i have free bonus there,but not sure about downloading again.is anyone else having the same problem?

I got it! Wait until it completely downloads, even if it says you can register while it downloads. Don't "submit" your info until it has completely downloaded. That is my advice to you. It worked for me. Good luck!

Well, I downloaded this and got the $50. I liked the games so I deposited $30 and used a promo code for a 100% match. My deposit showed up but not the match. I've been talking to "John" on livechat, and he said he could not credit the bonus because of technical problems. I told him I wanted to deposit again, but I was hesitant because of him not being able to give me the match. He said I could request it later through chat, and I would receive it, so I should feel free to deposit again. I asked when I should contact chat again for my bonus, and he said in the morning. So, that's what I'll do. I just am not sure about this place yet.

Well, I am from the US, got the 50$ nodeposit bonus from them late night yesterday, hassle-free.
The previous poster might had the tech issue when they just launched the promo? I had no problems at all...

Just to update-I contacted live chat again this morning. I was told they now could not verify my deposits, so they said wait an hour. I waited almost two hours, contacted them again, and they were able to credit me my deposit match bonuses.

I am so dissapointed, after making wagering with 240$ still in my account I am told "ohh I just noticed your from Canada" so you cannot cashout or deposit. even tho my country is on the list

          Don't bother signing up if you happen to live in Florida.  I had to talk to  two different people (The second was thankfully more direct) and told me you can't play if you live there. 

I live in Minnesota and they don't have my state listed in their sign up. Emailed them to see if there is a restriction. . .waiting to hear

I signed up last night and liked it too. I asked support for the ND and got it right away. Didn't last long but I had fun. I may deposit here but waiting to see how the withdraw process works out.

Did you ever get your withdraw request Alphonse?  I have made a couple of deposits using their PayPal option.

I've played here a couple times now using their paypal option, and I liked it, even though the slots seem "tight" at first, they will pay off good if you put a little work into it lol. lost the first few times, but finally hit something, cashed out $300 of it, hope to see some results, I will post again to let everyone know.

I'm having an issue with it working..I download and then comp restarts then it only shows as a shortcut so I reinstall again which works BUT when I click on any game it says ERROR.  Any suggestions?

Did you completely uninstall the original download? If not then you should try that, after uninstall, clear your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. Re-boot your computer and before starting any other programs do a new install of their software. Let it completely download without trying to log-in or use it until you know it is done. Close the software after download and start it again and log-in normally. Then try loading a game... hopefully you will have better luck...

So Katt I did what you said..then I installed and left it alone.  Closed out the software when done downloading and started it again logging in normally.  At least this time the shortcut it installed worked.  When I got to play game it says error then that machine is busy.  Then it shuts down the whole thing.  Support is a joke they just say "it should be working"..frustrating when I'm the only one having issues.  I was looking forward to playing 101 lions

Dang that is frustrating... I did it yesterday and no problems... I did have to click each game and start the download and when I did that I would start 4 or 5 of them downloading and leave it alone until they were done too. I did that until I had all of them downloaded and then started playing... I can't think of anything else to do... so sorry you are having this problem. Hopefully someone else will have a suggestion.
