I had the same problem RJ,  it took 23 minutes to install and then you also have to install the slots.  Contact support for the bonus you want, at least thats what I did.  The games were ok a bit tight, but FREE

and you do not get too choose,

support told me i only get the $20 and that was all i got, so you dont choose what soo ever

just thought i would let you know what support told me, they said u can only get the $20

yeah.  you can get only $20 bonus. but for $40 and $50 bonus, they will select their players randomly . you will get it if you are selected. this was what support told me too.



and my $20 was last for a few minutes. didn't get a win more than $2. maybe it is just new.  overall, it's good.  i love the graphics.

uhm to be honest i think that there is something wrong with the software . Forget about the lazy game download speed and other stuff . The games themselves are not quite what i would call fair .
