Hi Anchi, unfortunatley, every time I try to use any kind of code, bonuse, or no deposit bonus, or even purchasing a shop item. Casino Extreme always denys me the offer and/or gives me a hard time and change the rules. I have made over 8 deposits, beginning with $50 two or three times starting last year and $20 subsequent deposits maybe around six leading into this year recently. I have never been fully allowed to receivethe Welcome Package offer, as stated after 5 deposits as the player is eligible for additional bonuses, or cashback, etc. Neither have I been allowed the last 2 deposits t receive from conflicting information from different Chat Reps the 60 Free Spins after a deposit I made, because I purchased an LCB shop item twice which was considered a bonus, etc. And most recently, I was not able to receive cashback after another deposit was made.
I'm constantly told that there is not a bonus available for me or that my deposit that I want to make at the time for a bonus is in some way not allowed for me. I loved this casino from the beginning, but I feel like I am begging for them to just allow me to play or accept my deposits and play by their own terms.
Therefore, I give up with Casino Extreme, as they do not follow there own terms and conditions. I feel that they accepted 2 my shop purchases first just to not allow me to play with the weekend 60 free spins after making a deposit, which should not have any impact on what is promoted and after sending me a remainder email.
I really don't like to complain as I do sometime, but it's just not fair.
