Can you please specify which bonus you tried to claim and whether you successfully claimed it?

This worked by requesting via live chat support. The self-serve coupon redemption function gave me an error that it was not available in my country (I'm in the US). Also, the variation I received from the agent was actually a $60 free chip with 40x playthrough and $100 MCO. 
I completed the bonus in 90 minutes or so playing Shanghai Lights which I had never played before. Very fun bonus features and exciting big wins! 
 

Unfortunately, I was victim of these RTG platforms system "delay" as they have called it.  This phenomenon only occurs upon complete of playthrough, when the system automatically reduces the players balance to the maximum withdrawalable amount per the bonus terms but the player continues play for several spins before the balance displays and this time it was significantly reduced below MCO, my balance was considerably less than $200 when it suddenly displayed $65 right as I tapped again taking it down to $62 and change. I have experienced this for myself at least 10 times since they implemented the pop up dialog box that requires ticking the box to agree to the bonus T&C before continuing play.  Which by the way never appeared tonight. Only once have I been able to recover and get a cashout once it drops below $50. This time was no different. And the agent, Denise, was not the least coy about ignoring my last claim and quickly ending the chat in my face. 
  Lesson learned when playing bonus and near playthrough completion, to use the auto play feature and count my spins carefully. 😅
