All of the codes have worked for me.  I couldn't cash out on the freebies, but when I did win.  I had won off of the 300% coupon, I got my check in less than a week via fedex.  The whole $980 of it, including the bonus I had taken.  I was expecting the standard we take your bonus our terms, but they never did.  Great experiences with both Grand Prive and Big Dollar so far.  Other than the affiliate problem, I'm not sure where all the hiccups are with this group.  Haven't found one yet... keyword yet.

Wow i am so upset, all they do is lie lie lie. I won my blue medal yesterday. I played my free spins today, I won another 6 medals today totaling. 45 free spins, 50.00 cash and 100.00 cash. Sounds to me like they rolled this promo out without really working thru the logistics of it first, and now the CSR reps are as confused as we are.

Surfer, there r many codes 4 other Grand Prive casinos listed under the corresponding headings.  There is no guarantee that the codes will work 4 everyone; it's a matter of trying the codes out 2 c if they work 4 u; sometimes this can b time-consuming, but this is the best way.  As I said, some codes work 4 everyone, some codes only work 4 some of us, etc., etc., it seems 2 b hit-or-miss sometimes.  Grand Prive no-deposit codes will b listed under the topic " Grand Prive N/D," etc., etc.

I just got off with Big Dollar live support and I'm not all together thrilled....

I opened my account in May; but just made my first deposit on Sept 12.
When I attempted to redeem BDWMU20, I received the "not eligible" message.

Explaining that I am a new depositor' I asked live support if they could please tell me why I am not eligible.
They said this promo was for players who have had accounts for at least 3 months.

I asked if they could tell me when I opened my account. They told me that I had opened my account last May (over 3 months ago)........ but, that this promo was only for players who have been making deposits for at least 3 months.

When I asked (very nicely) if, having taken the step to become a  depositing player, there was any way this could be redeemed for me; that I would be very appreciative and all the more loyal.

i wa told the code was to inspire the nondepositors  as i am a depoitor i felt this was unfair.  i had the same thing at other casinos of this nature. But it does not work on its sister site where i have not deposited either. Yeah....Just once I would like 2 be able 2 be locked in a room 4 about 3.5 minutes(believe me, that's all I would need)with 1 of the LC operators that have been complete A#$&@^%@S 2 me in the past.  !

Its not just Grand Prive. Its all casinos with this type of software.

The Grand Prive group are definitely pretty scandalous and it seems that all of the Betonsoft casinos can be included as well but if you are lucky enough to beat there system and cash out they do payout. I have cashed out at Big Dollar before and received my check in two days. The check was from Royal Bank of Canada and cashable in the US. Same thing at Casino Grand Bay. Once that you cashout they treat you like sh--t and it seems that you can never win at that casino again. Also when you download the casino make sure that you download the full casino. Go to your control panel and look at your programs and checkout the size of the casino. The real casinos for Betsoft should be about 400-450 MB. Alot of the downloads come out to be like 70-120 MB and are just shells and you will never win anything. They are rougue casinos but if you are a gambler it feels real good to beat them at their own game.

I know there r those who have had probs. w/ Grand Prive casinos, but I've been cashing out @ Lake Palace for years & have never had a problem.  They treat me really well, too.  I sure hope that doesn't change now w/ the implementation of the Bet-on-Soft platform.
