I found this casino a while back, and I got excited as it was from my favorite software, RTG. I got a little upset that the Min. deposit is $100!

I thought it would be nice for them to give a no deposit bonus to ALL players to try out the casino before commiting to depositing at least $100

I got this bonus too. I asked about moving the money out of the sportsbook and they said I could, but if I did I would not be able to withdraw it. The playthrough needs to be carried out in the sportsbook to be able to cash out.

only 1 bonus valid per account/household/address per 30 days.

My email said this was the way it worked TheRunn3R, but I went to the site and it was already in my account. So I went to live chat to see about having it removed and they reassured me that I could play it and not to worry the restriction did not apply. I guess I will have to see how it all pans out.

I have been a long time loyal depositor for years, and in good standing.

But where do I begin???

Beware of your freeplays, and terms as they seem to change by the minute. They have a clause which chat has told me many times that says

"Management reserves the right to have the final say...."in case of dispute"... .

I have made over $500 in deposits with min $25 deposits at a time and contacted chat there after.  They told me to send an email to the [email protected] which I never received a response or acknowledgment.  In the meantime, I made more deps, and contacted chat, and was lucky to get a support person that offered to request it for me.  Days again went by, nothing.  I had contacted and emailed chat many times after that, only becuse chat had confirmed I would receive the freeplay but have to wait 24-48 hours.  It gets better folks,

Then, I contacted chat to ask them if I was at fault that I have not received a credit nor acknowledgment for the numerous contacts,  or if the way I  requested the freeplay was incorrect.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as this was NOT the first time they lied about a promotion.  Without boring you with pasting the whole chat conversation, this is how I was treated after a gruelling 45 mins.  At this point, it was not the bonus of a measly $5-10 but the PRINCIPLE.

Ok, after this I was annoyed but at least they were going to comply with the bonus I earned.
This is the bonus I received for over $500 dep and hours with chat with $1500 playthrough for $6.25.  So once I lost the $6.25, I went to chat as Scott said to do. (see attached image)
This is what I received as a response:

I tried to be fair and diplomatic, and even when it was confirmed by Scott I would receive 2 freeplays, and to contact chat for the 2nd, the "manager" then decided to disregard what I was promised by another chat manager on duty, and not credit the freeplay.  I have no trust with BOL as this, I can say with confidence, is NOT the only situation I have had with them during the past 4 years! 

Sorry for the long message, but I wanted to provide facts.

Oh, there is more, regarding a cashout I never received, but I will note that later.
