    Well i was very angry at this as it was on there face book,so i call the casino and told them.They said they would look into this,here is my email i received back.

    As per our telephone conversation I am contacting you from Vegas slot in regards to the Face book promotion.

    I agree with you, Mildred.  When I first signed up, more than five years ago, the main support staff were not very forthcoming.  However, after hitting 50 grand the second time, they moved my account to the "gold vip" department.
    The VIP department has treated me like royalty.  Despite the infrequent bonuses, I will stay loyal.
