as i know do you get all bonuses by playtech casinos at lifechat--i played at different playtech casinos and at all i had to contact lifechat  to get any bonus    only first deposit bonus is automatical

i did put in google 30Free omni casino in and find the website who offer this no deposit bonus. maybe you have to do the same and go direct via this website to get it. i got it without spoke with livechat. after registering it was there. goodluck!!!
