Hmmm,I was told by chat that it be in my account on Thursday.They didn't say anything about being a depositor.

They just told me that it would be in my email tomorrow and apologized for the inconvenience. I think they just weren't quite ready when they started letting folks take the survey. We should wait and see. JC is pretty good about their bonuses.

          Thanks for the info. Rena.  I did the survey yesterday (Wed.)  and they told me today it would be next Tuesday.

Does anyone else find the fact that this is a customer satisfaction survey and they are messing up on paying out the related NDB to their customers that took the time to respond rather ironic? 8'|

Two things... I just got an email that invited me to take the survey (I already took it) and it did not say it was only for depositors. It says bonuses will be sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

And 5 minutes or less later I got the promised $20 bonus in another email. So, check your email! Good luck!

Just wanted to give everybody the heads up on what happened to me.  Here's my timeline.

I read this post yesterday at 11:30pm.  I went to Jackpot Capital and in my message center was the invitation to do survey....I promptly did it.  I received an email at 10:15am this morning with code for the $20.  I checked when my last deposit was and it was May 3rd.

Just wanted to give details for those curious 8'|

They should also say in their email that it is for depositing players only. But if they did that they know that the survey would not be completed by to many. Just another one of their, ha ha i just pulled one over on you tactics.

this 20 for the servey is not just for depositers causi i have never deposited there & i got the 20

I was told by live support you would only get the bonus if u had deposited within the last 3 months...so I figured I wasnt gonna get it....but I did get it....so live chat was mistaken....so just be patient fill it out and see what happens....even if you dont get it what have u wasted? 10 min....lol...
