New Video Poker Releases

IGT's latest Video Poker release is Stack Em Bonus Poker.



This is a multi-hand Video Poker machine with features that are different from most other games you may have played. Features include the opportunity to win both horizontally as well as vertical, similar to the way a Slot pays out.

There is 2x to 5x multipliers that are activated only when a maximum bet is made on all vertical wins. Minimum denomination on Stack Em Bonus Poker is .25 cents.

That looks similar to IGT's Spin Poker. You can win multi ways on that too.

This one from WMS hasn't made it's way to any casinos I've been to. They're mainly dominated by IGT Video Poker machines.

I think IGT has the best video poker. No one has come along to offer anything better than them in land based games.

Very cool i wanna play it waaaaaaaaaaaa!

I liked WMS World Series of Poker series they came out, that was about the only video poker that actually entertained me.  Also to boot I did win a nice little sum of it.
Yet otherwise I just can't seem to grasp my head around any other poker machine.
I do know Mystic Lake had quite a few newer video poker machines I had never seen before.  It might be time for a trip to Minneapolis for you two.

IGT latest new Video Poker game - Triple Wheel Poker



This game is your classic poker triple, five or ten play but with an added addition of a new wheel spin bonus

Every time a player has a winning hand it triggers a free spin on the wheel.

There are  three wheels - Bronze for 3 of a kind wins, silver for straight or flush wins and gold for 4 of a kind or full house.

Max Jackpot on the wheel is 10,000 credits.

Higher wheel categories trigger more valuable wheel spins.

Triple Ace Poker



Powered by Speilo software a division of GTech i played this game at a Video Gaming Cafe after the owner told me it was just added to one of their machines.

Of course i had to try it out. Triple Ace Poker features a Bonus of Free Games that is triggered when any hand you're dealt contains a pair of Aces giving you a chance to play eight hands in a row.

Fever Bonus round is triggered  when you get a hand with three or four Aces. if you win the bonus round your winnings are multiplied. Due to the extra payouts in the bonus round the regular payout for Royal Flush is reduced to 400:1 when on five coins.

I did however have one pet peeve. After the the hand was dealt it would select the cards to hold for you. I never did like this feature because i don't always agree with what the automated system picks.
