IM sorry but The Office was the best thing to ever be on tv.  King Of The Hill is close second

My favourite TV serie is "Le bureau des légendes", but I don't know the title in other countries.

I love criminal series. A few days ago, I found the Italian good one "Suburra" and it is great. Story about mafia, government and church. Who liked "Gomorra" will love "Suburra".

There's a show on Showtime called Billions that is VERY good! It's mainly about the high stakes lives of hedgefund managers and how they give the term "strategy for life" a much realer, darker meaning. It's all about setting people up and setting traps to not only trip up competitors, but in some cases take them out completely by any means necessary. Getting them sent to prison, etc.. It's great! You should check it out!

If you're into spy shows with a decent twist and a gazzilion episodes, The Blacklist is definitely worth checking out. It's no masterpiece, but it's a good show to relax with after work. 

Person of interest is also great

The show called Billions on HBO/Showtime is awesome! I highly recommend that show. Also, another good show on HBO/Showtime On Demand is Game of Thrones! Like any show, the first few episodes are kind of slow. The plot has to be laid out and all of that. But it really starts taking off after just a few episodes. 

During the GOT series there was one mistake people failed to notice but I did now I don't remember the scene or episode it happened in.

Person of Interest is one of my ALL TIME MOST FAVORITE shows that I have ever watched. It was such a GREAT show!! I actually signed that petition that was going around online to try and get another season going. LoL!!

I am really fond of historical series. The last, that made great impression on me, was "Chernobyl" by HBO. Very strong one.

Right now I’ve been hooked on queen of the south. I never thought I’d get into it but my wife was watching it one day and I sat down and never got up.  Check it out

I love watching TV series!! I recently have finished "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" season 3 and I loved it because is totally different Thriller Story, that's why it really got my attention. I totally recommend it.

I recommend How I Met Your Mother, it's a nice sitcom and maybe all of you have heard of it, I think it have about 9 seasons and it's really funny though the main chapter is kind of... Naive for me

Well if there was anything that  this year as well as the lockdowns has done is returned my interest to TV shows and Series some of the shows I have enjoyed during these troubled times is stranger things , 90 day fiance Wich my girlfriend loves but it had grown on me and the new twilight zone series as well as a few others shows but they not worth mentioning,

Game of Thrones and Friends.

So is anyone watching? It's my fave show right now. I'm blown away by how Dark it is, yet there is some definite subtle humor happening. I wonder who ends up dead? I know they had that arrogant Newlywed (damn his character!) saying  someone had passed then showing the body loaded into the plane and at that time iassumed it was his wife but really they are all so bizarre it could be anyone. 

Is there any good tv series worth watching ?

The Blacklist 

I really love the Breaking Bad and spin-off series. Better call Saul, there is everything I need - interesting characters, a cool twisted script and a great acting, of course. I always recommend these masterpieces to my friends, knowing that they will not be disappointed after watching.

I really liked the most recent Netflix series Squid Game! Pretty gory series with a game element to it, and it almost never gets boring..IF anyone likes this series I also highly recommend Alice in Borderland! You will get the same satisfaction watching this series as you'd get from Squid Game! Enjoy!

Last season of Game of Thrones was so disappointing that everyone wants to forget about this series I feel LOL!

My favorite series right now has to be The Witcher! Geralt of Rivia is a total badass!

Watching the Squid Game yesterday, and my impression is controversial. On the one hand, it is interesting to watch, the sixth episode is one of the most exciting and intense among all TV shows that have ever been. On the other hand, the ending is weak and the idea itself has been filmed many times, so it won't surprise you with its originality.

I'm crazy for HBO's The Gilded Age and especially Carrie Coon, she was stellar in last years film The Nest with Jude Law and I'm slightly obsessed with both her performance and this show in general. All the excess of NYC at this particular time makes me salivate.

I just finished season 3 of " Succession" It's impossible to like a character in the show because everyone is just a posh A...hole. Everyone except "Cousin Craig" He is just annoyingly stupid. 

Started watching Suits recently on Netflix, I know very little about law but they managed to make it really fun even if you don't understand most of the law talk

Is anyone watching HBO's series called 'My Brilliant Friend'? It's based on the books by Elena Ferrante. It's set in the '50s, and the cinematography and music are amazing. 

I started watching "We Own This City" on HBO, the series is set in Baltimore, for those who liked "The Wire" this is a great choice.

I haven't watched "My Brilliant Friend" but such Drama Genre does spark an interest as I thoroughly enjoyed the series "Outlander" which takes place in the 1940s and even further back in the 18th century, so ya there is time travel involved too..it's such a great series..

I did watch it and I liked it but my wife really enjoyed it a lot, it has become one of her all-time favorites. She has bought and read the books as well. 

Last series I watched was " Only murders in this Building". 3 true crime potcast fans ( Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin) try to solve a murder in their upper West side apartment building and causing more mayhem as good. There is a second season on the start soon. I will watch it in October because there a Netflix and gaming ban from  May till October in my place. 

Wow what an awesome thread especially with so many options on Netflix, Showmax, HBO etc choosing a few good series/movies can be quite daunting.

I must say I enjoyed Suits, Breaking Bad, Brooklyn99, the wire, Better call Saul, Game of Thrones and We own this City. 

Any suggestions on a good comedy series?

I agree, the selection of film is so rich..sometimes overwhelming to be honest. If you are getting OLD then this series is GOLD! I had quite a laugh and enjoyment watching The Kominsky Method. Let me know if you end up watching this series..my type of comedy AND you know the King always speaks facts! So please do watch, you will be satisfied! I promise!
