Its true, the cost helped quit :)
I started in 2017 and quit in 2021.
Having 2 kids within 2 years, a husband who had some learning to do (which he's helps so much and understands more now) and finding my oldest had low functioning asd at 4 sort of set me off.
After I pretty much slept outside for a year near the end when I was home and not driving people around, I knew I needed to change or I'd never be able to go inside my own house again.
We moved, I cut contact with everyone but one person who I bought a small amount from once each pay for a year before I finally felt I was ready to fully quit.
Unfortunately, her and I stopped talking on unsteady terms but she has smiled and waved when seeing me in public so that's good 😆
I did try to get help but in the end I found talking about it made me crave it more the more I distanced myself.
What about you? How long was your process? It kinda seems like a process to get to to a better place lol so that's the best word I could think of.
Do you have much support? Do anything to keep you busy? I started playing computer games again :)
Thank you so much for the message.
Lots of hugs back 🤗
