I love how your adding to the list of Shop items that of which we players can purchase. When ever I purchase something, you guys are usually right on it. Outstanding work, I never have had much if any problems with any of my purchases.

Trada removed once again as the rep is away, the stand in rep is doing nothing and there are requests going back 5 days (including the weekend).  A touch of deja vu!

Ah, Casino Extreme is disappointing.

As I know, they don't allow a withdrawal from a bonus, even if the previous play was a lost bonus.

Slotocash and UptownAces allow this type of withdrawal for regular players.

(I got it a few times)

Anyway, at this time with Casino Extreme, my withdrawal was only $25 with $20 deposit, hahaha :)

The balance went up around $37, and it began to drop fast, so, I just stopped and withdrew it after wagering around $100.

I feel Casino Extreme set their slots at the lowest RTPs.

48 hours i think.. Example; monday is wednesday, wednesday will be friday, friday will be tuesday? Because weekends not counting.. it all depends how fast Blueday is with all the requests. But with the new feature (location) will be faster maybe?

This is how it works:

All requests are picked up at the end of each day and sent over that night ready for the morning.  Sunday night all the requests from Friday through Sunday are sent over ready for Monday morning.  Requests from Friday are not sent over as there won't be anybody there to deal with them. Some casinos do respond over the weekend, so these are sent over the weekend.  I only send one email a day to each casino otherwise I and they (the casino) can't keep track and requests are missed.

Cash requests are processed Sunday night through Thursday night.  No cash requests are sent over Friday or Saturday as there is nobody there to process them due to massive time zone differences and it being the weekend where they are.

All refunds are processed as quickly as is possible so you're not left in the dark about your purchase however, please take into account that there are 3 days worth of refunds to be processed.  A more efficient refund process (efficient for me and faster for you) is in the works....yay!

Finally, if you want to speed up your purchases, make sure you qualify first by complying with the terms of each chip - which are clearly stated on each item. Example: if a deposit without a bonus is required and you take a bonus with your deposit, it will be denied!

This! I cant stress out enough how important this is.  It takes only less than a minute to see if you are eligible or not, so help us help you.

Otherwise you are just creating additional and unnecessary workload for our team , which is NOT cool.

So again I urge members to READ items' and general shop T&C's.

I just got another Casino Extreme $20 item again, after a small withdrawal of $75.

They give this item for a no-bonus deposit over $20 with withdrawal or not.

In case of losing a no-bonus deposit, players can get a Cashback(25%) instantly, which is not counted as a free bonus.

Hey Coolsongss i m an extreme casino addict there is no cashback for the no deposit bonus only for deposits and the cashback is not 25% for lcb affiliates its 30% cashback. cashback doesn t count as a free no deposit bonus. after using your 20$ no deposit and cashing out from them you couldn t get another free bonus or cashback only after depositing.

No Trada was denied - results came in.  They just said "not eligible" as advised to you which meant you didn't comply with the required terms.

As for 7Bit - you took a bonus with your deposit which is against the terms of the chip.

In trada I made deposit 20$.What conditions did I violate?I did not take any bonus.
In 7bit I made first deposit with bonus,but second deposit I made without any bonus
