Please wait 48 hours before chasing your shop purchases.  It's usually quicker than that but sometimes there are delays so 48 hours is the allowed timescale.

If you downloaded the original iNetBet casino then it's the USA one.

If you downloaded the specific (new-ish) Euro casino then it's that one.

You applied for this 1 day ago - please allow 48 hours before chasing and a bit extra because it's Miami Club.  The person that does the credits is not the rep so there is a third party involved and I don't think the third party works weekends either.

Yes - they said it was incorrect and they apologised.  They asked for your account details and said they would see what they could do to compensate you for the mistake.  I gave them your username and that was the last I heard.  Did you get anything?

for Guts maybe is too late but here is a suggestion if new multiplatform casinos will be part of the shop
beside the allowed countries, maybe you can attract the same offer for unfortunate ones that live in restricted places, for higher coin price.
for example for Guts is required $3 to boy 50 spins. instead restricting other countries, what about opportunity to buy the same 50 spins for $9 or more. i know is in casino hands but as i know there are 2 types of restrictions. first by licence, countries like Denmark, France, Italy that don't permit online gambling outside jurisdiction and second, places like Eastern Europe, Israel, Middle East etc that are considered promo abusers. maybe for the second can be done aforementioned idea.
