I claimed LCB mug few days ago. And now i can't wait to drink coffee every morning from my favorite mug. I'll send you a picture to see it.

You should allow 48 hours before chasing your purchased shop item.  If the chip is not credited, you will hear from me that it has been denied and I'll refund the cost to your LCB account.

It was felt that $25 was a more appropriate price for the $25 voucher.  Sorry about that jodi.

I think it would be a great idea to have more casinos available in the shop. Most of them are not available in my country unfortunately. As I'm a big fan of NetEnt casinos, why not offering freespins with Tropezia, 333Palace or any other NetEntcasinos available in France? Or maybe transform our balance into a bonus code/voucher available in the casino of our choice? I guess you have deals with several casinos, but it would be great to have more offers in the shop.

First you need to know if your country has this option available (In your Skrill account, click Withdraw).

If available, you first have to add a credit card and make the verification process, then will be able to make transfers.

* I'm assuming you're not talking about the Skrill prepaid card, this,  is linked to Skrill available balance.

Agreed. And to add, when you card is linked to your skrill account, you'll be able to witdraw your funds. The fee (at least for my country) is 2.95€ per withdrawal. At some point they may ask for your verification documents (passport, utility bill). The transfer usually takes about 2 business days.

hi, I was wondering how long and how do I get the code for the 15 at miamiclubcasino that I purchased? Check your Miami account - it has been credited.

In a nutshell, this is how it works:

Buy the chip of your choice
I request the credit from the appropriate casino
Chip is credited to your casino account or denied if you don't comply with the terms of the chip.
If denied, you will be notified and the cost is refunded
