i redeemed loyalty points for a winaday $20 bonus and it is coming close to the 48 hour mark.  Can you check on when it will be available?

I wanted to thank you guys for this whole "rewards" program. I understand that once you submit to the rep or casino, it could take up to 48 hours, but I'm pleased to announce that I've now redeemed an Inetbet and Miami club chip, and they've both been in my account within 24 hours. No luck on them, but nevertheless, it's been quickly processed. Anyway, thank you again! :-)

That was 24 hours ago you purchased your chip.  Please allow at least 48 hours for Miami chips before chasing - these take longer than the other chips as there is a third party involved in the process.

It really depends where you play cheztwins My advise would be to save for a bigger prizes example if you'r not sure where you want to play, you can always save 25$ and buy it to Net  Wallet and then play it to where ever you want.

Awe....  I didn't even know what Kiva was!  I thought it was another e-wallet that I wouldn't be able to use because I live in the land of the free .  Clicked on the website and I am so floored that there is a way to help these people!  So many to choose from, I know the first one will be the hardest to decide.  Cheers to a 2015 with Kiva!

Can I remind members before chasing a chip:

1.  Wait 48 hours before chasing and
2.  Check your casino/ewallet account before chasing

Most items are delivered within the 48 hours however, more people are chasing after just 24 hours or even before they have checked their accounts (and sometimes the credit is already in their account!)
