maiwen63 they dont process shop buys on week-end. so if you bought them on friday and they didn't have time to send them before end of the day then it will go to monday. Then i explained how it works here and that you were supposed to contact them etc and he said "oh wait a minute" then he asked me for screen shots to see what i was talking about then after reviewing the screen shots he said it seems legit and he manually added them in my account. He was very nice as i had many questions and he answered everything with a smile. Seriously im amazed by this casino so far and their support. Garzu if you had read the terms you would know that any shop purchase take 48h to be processed excluding the week-end because they don't work and tomorrow is a holiday so it goes to tuesday before the 48h period continues.

You bought them on the 19th - so not 3 days.  The weekend doesn't count.  They have been sent over and will be dealt with tomorrow hopefully.

Unfortunately, the reps deal with most requests so the live help staff are not aware of the arrangement.   In Oshi's case, I'm messaging a support person and a rep and I have removed Oshi from the shop as their response time is not satisfctory. 

I do chase up oustanding requests and have been chasing these up for a few days.  If anyone wants to cancel their request and receive a refund, please let me know.  Thanks for your patience.

If you are a restricted country for that casino, you won't be able to view it.  I see you are from the Philippines which is restricted from many of the shop items.
