Member's claimed shop items

What did not I understand? If I have 25 on my balance sheet, will I be able to withdraw them and spend?

Just read terms and conditions of lcb shop. You need to be registered from 3 month to claim for a cash prize on the shop. Also money collected in your account in these 3 months couldn't be used for a cash prize. After the months you can cash out every 25$ if you spend 5 dollars between them. 

Unfortunately, no.  You have only been a member for 6 days.  As kais ben rachid advised, you cannot purchase  cash items until you've been a member for 3 months and you need to spend everything you accrue in those first 3 months on casino chips from the shop.  In other words, nothing you earn in the first 3 months can be spent on cash items.

Don't forget that there is a monthly contest and activity leaderboard. So you can win easy. And you can rate casinos and games. Everyday up to 0.5$ and daily loggin is 0.2$. Also your activity is multiplied by when you are active in foum for 1.1 for 50 posts 1.2 for 100 1.3 for 250 1.4 for 500.good luck. 

You shouldnt just copy paste the terms and conditions here I think ... youre on a good spot allready in this months leaderbord aswell ... all those things can be read on the proper place

i saw the nice new shop item from casinoluck it says you must made a deposit of 20,- is that in the same week i made several deposits here even last week but that where deposits of 10,- at the time is that still good ?

I don't know if they combine deposits so give it a try.

Whilst I'm here, thought I should tell you all that the Quesino item has been temporarily removed from the shop.  The casino weren't getting the results they wanted however it is coming back tomorrow BUT for 2nd and subsequent purchases, members will need to make a deposit to qualify.

I hope my purchase goes for the old terms and conditions  in this case?!

HI coolsongss - apologies you must have been posting when I was replying.

The request was sent on that night along with several other cash requests but they have not been paid.  I generally receive confirmation back within a couple of hours that payments have been made but not this time.  I have sent a chaser and they will be looked at late tonight.  Thanks for your patience and that goes for all those waiting for cash payments requested on 1st February.
