Recently, I purchased the $20 Free Chips of Casino Extreme. I totally purchased 3 times.

Actually, I really liked this no-deposit bonus very much, because in the coupon details a few of card games were included with 100% contribution rates.

But, the last one I purchased was only for Slots, Keno, scratchcards.

So, I would like to ask you if they have changed the item($20) to the coupon detail of Slots, Keno, Scratchcards.

Or, if they will give both alternately.
Or, if only I will get only $20 for Slots, etc.

Apparently it was a mistake.  It's bound to happen from time to time however, if it happens again, I suggest contact live help before you play your $20 - they may be able to rectify it.

I bought the free spins 3 days ago, or might be I don't qualify? Deposited $20, no bonus, then bought the free spins though. Then yesterday deposited again but with free spins attached, and today again $29, no bonus again .
