I claimed the space Lilly spins and the casino won’t let me claim them even though ive made more than $20 deposit in the last 30 days. THey require a new deposit of $20 as my last deposit was already attached to a bonus And I redeived no deposits free spins after for New Years and loyalty. 

They have advised that they have denied the request.  You will be refunded the cost shortly.

I recommend last action should always be the deposit (for all purchases from the shop) so if you receive any no deposit bonuses added to your account, I wouldn't play them but ask the casino to remove them.  Hope that is of some use.

How long will it take to receive the refunded coins?

I have two questions about the shop please.

1. What size does the LCB t-shirts come in, will it give me that option when I order one?

2. Does ordering LCB merchandise qualify us to request a cash option if we had a casino purchase and LCB merchandise in between our last cash option.

In answer to your questions:

1. Sizes are S,M,L,XL up to XL2 (in some styles of T-Shirt - not all)

2.  No it doesn't count.  It must be $5 of casino chips in between cash purchases.

I want to make it clear about the below rule, in particular the bolded section

14. In order to apply for cash items all members must have approved and credited free chips claims in between the real money claims ( cash , bitcoin, money vouchers etc ) for the amount no less than $5. Those members that have a high ratio of cash claims ( $500 or more per year) will have to do free chips claims worth at least $10 ( combined ) in between ( each ) real money item claim.
All these free chips claims must be approved and credited, ie members must be eligible to receive it, in order for subsequent cash claims to be granted. The year begins in January and ends in December. Once a new year starts in January, cash claim totals are re-set to nil.
This rule is to be applied to contest winnings too, all in accordance with rule 13.

It seems a lot of members think that they don't have to spend the $5 in between cash purchases because the total of their cash purchases is reset to nil in January.  Members must still spend $5 in between every cash claim even when the new year re-sets their total claims. 

The reason this rule was added was to prevent long standing members being penalized for their cash purchases exceeding the $500 and having to spend $10 in between every time.

I am a french player and member since the 12th of october 2018. I would like to remove all the chips I earned in this 3 first months from my account, except my 30$ winnings in the LCB turkey contest. The reason is I can not buy any other chips or free spins in a casino accepting french players without a new deposit in these casinos (and I already deposited several times in these casinos, but I don't think I will deposit again). I ask this because I won't be able to spend these 28,75$ won in my first 3 months membership. So I would like to remove them from my account so that I can buy a cash item with my 30$ LCB contest reward (because of the shop terms and conditions for the 3 first months membership)

ABout the 7bitcasino 5$ item on the shop in T&C it s mentioned :  Players must have played with at least one bonus free deposit equal or over €/$20 or 0.003BTC after 6th May 2015 before the first free chip claim and in between claiming subsequent free chips.

This means i need to deposit 0.003 btc minimum without claiming a deposit bonus?

or i need to claim a deposit bonus that match my deposit in that case 100% (0.003 btc deposit  + 0.003btc bonus) ? 

No - you can't take a bonus with your deposit - "bonus free deposit" means no bonus.  If they try to give you anything free after you have deposited, don't use it (cash/spins).  Ask them to remove the free item as that would stop you qualifying.

....and be mindful that everything you earn in your first 3 months cannot be used to purchase a cash item.  Please read Rule 8 in the first post.

Skrill isn't available until 13th March.  It will be back after that.  I did post about it in the members claimed shop items thread (page 180).

hey robin, please note that there has to pass at least 24h between your daily logins.... but you need to actually log in to get the chips. You did receive chips for 13th, 15th, and 16th of March. 

From the Shop T&C:

"*daily online activity = 20 cents
You will earn chips by being online at LCB. Every 24 hours members will automatically receive 20 cents for logging in to LCB."

What happened with 7bit casino bonus i don t find it in the shop. Is it temporary or permanent?

The rep has not responded to my messages so for the time being it looks to be "temporarily permanent". I'm hopeful it is temporary.

I don't know to be honest.  There is no harm in trying.

Most casinos want a deposit if you made a withdrawal as a last action.  Generally, the last action must be the deposit (and play it).  But as I say, no harm in trying.

Yes that was definitely an oddity.  You got that in the end though after a few "back and forths" if I recall correctly.

Yeah you didn't need to buy the Skrill as well - I was going to change the Neteller to Skrill.  Neteller refunded.

Actually for the fact that you got to go through that many members 64000 in a certain amount of time is really incredible work by you guys. I have applied for no deposit codes and entered lcb only tournaments and am really impressed by the time it took for any of them to be applied..so thank you for the hard work you all put in to satisfy members.

Does anybody know if the 50$ amazon voucher available in the LCB shop can be used in a european country, with an Amazon account in euros, and for paying items in euros? I contacted Amazon France but I had two different answers: one first told me it wasn't possible, it seems to me weird, I contacted them again and one told me the second time it was possible using the Amazon currency converter...

I request the most appropriate currency so Euros for Europe, dollars for USA etc.  So you would receive it in Euros.

I will soon buy an amazon voucher in the shop. So I would receive it in euros, because I am french. But 50euros is a bit more than 50$: do need european members to pay with their LCB chips the equivalent of 50 euros in dollars to receive their Amazon voucher in euros? Or the price is it the same, 50$, even if the amazon voucher is in euros?

It should be the equivalent of $50 in USD converted to Euros which is around 44 Euros as at today.

You can purchase Paypal with LCB chips but not the other way around.  You earn by participating (posting on the forum, logging in every day, writing casino reviews, commenting on current news items etc all in your own words) however, I urge you to read rule 8 in the first post of this thread.

This may have already been asked and answered, if so, I apologize.

For items that can only be claimed once per month, is that 30 days or calendar month?

Generally, it is what it says.  Example  - Vegas Crest is once every 30 days so "calendar month" doesn't apply here.  So if it says 30 days, it is 30 days but once per month is per calendar month.  I hope this helps.   Feel free to ask as many questions as you wish...always happy to help.
