LCB Shop - Rules and T&C's

I believe this is more than ok, there was Saturday and Sunday, and probably this is why you still not get it. A bit more patient, if you not abuser and did not break terms, you will get it today

1. Our rules do state 48hours ( also we almost never send on the weekends )

2. Some member accounts and their comments have to be checked if they meet our quality guidelines.

3. We have to check for the potential chip hunting and abuse attempts, all per our T&Cs.

LCB Shop T&Cs UPDATE

I really hate to do this, as it might strike as an unpopular measure, however I had no choice but to enforce this new rule :

9. NEW members coming from Romania will not be allowed to claim any item from our shop, for the period of 30 days ( one month ) from the date of their registration.
They will still be allowed to earn the chips, but no purchases will be approved for the first month.

Little bit of background behind this decision. Ever since the launch of the shop few months ago, we have been slammed with shop abuse mostly conducted by new members coming from Romania.

So far we have banned two dozen of these abusers, many of them were either multiple accounts, or using proxies or hide my IP programs.

It is clear that a ring of Romanian players is trying to abuse our shop by posting duplicate and STOLEN content from other websites, and in general posting pretty poor quality comments, directed at one thing only and that is to take an advantage over LCB. By doing so they are breaking pretty much every single T&Cs we have for our shop.

This is why we have no choice but to introduce this new rule, which will affect only the abusers, and allow genuine NEW Romanian members to prove their right intentions.

I believe one month of "probation" is fair as they will still be allowed to earn the chips, but not to claim for the first month of their membership. This will also give us time to asses their true intentions.

I have to stress out this will NOT affect our existing and loyal Romanian members.

You weren't out of line pasty and I'm unclear why you think you were.  Rena is definitely on your side as are all those that have thanked her for her post. 

You put it best blue, it was not meant to be a mean post. I was sad because you felt that way and you have no reason to. You have done nothing wrong just some scam artist  who thought they would make an easy dollar but found out other wise. I am sorry Patsy if you thought i were being mean to you.

Re Romania and their abuse.
I am can only suggest to LCB to make same thing to few other potential abusers countries like Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, and probably some more. This is shame, but our community ( russian speaking) is not very good, and not all honest, and they can abuse without any doubt, just to get money.

We cover everything. The cost of making and shipping the mug. So it is absolutely free ( well after you exchange your LCB chips for it at the shop ).

So you do not have to pay for anything ( unless your customs have some hidden charges for which I really do not know, but most countries do not especially if its low value goods ).

Kiva is 100% secure. Basically you use their service to lend money to small businesses in 3rd world countries and they repay you ( usually within one year ).

So we send you the Kiva voucher and then you can decide who you want to lend money to.

I was wondering if the LCB shop will change, on occasion, the casinos which we can redeem points. 
Just a curiosity, we all seem to have our favorites or those casino's we are more loyal.

I was thinking the same thing.  I am Romanian but was born and raised in the US. 
I recall folks from Romania did the same thing, I think, with one of the LCB tournaments.  A bunch of new players would skyrocket to the top of the leaderboard.  Thankfully, LCB was quick to discover, and take care of, the problem.

There will be cheaters and scammers whenever something nice.... or free... is offered. 

You don't need to apologise yellonek.  Many people give $25 or more, so it can be a couple of thousand dollars or a lot more that they borrow. 

Hey just one side minor technical note, the button after where you put in your information about where you want your payment, mug or free chips sent to.  The "purchase" button is misspelled.  It's spelled pucrhase  just FYI to whomever programmed that button.

Well, I have a question about "refer a friend" - is it ok to promote your site by having referal link in other forums signatures, adding LCB banner to your websites etc.? Or this option is just to refer only friends of yours? I put invitation to join LCB in my signature on non-gambling related forum, I see that 2 people registered (no chips added to my account anyway). So, is it legal or not?  If not, I will remove referal link and put a clean one - I won't get any profits but perhaps we'll get few more members 

We do not endorse posting our referral links at other forums and websites, as that might be considered as spam. So please remove such link(s).

Refer a friend feature means just that, to invite your own friends to join LCB.

Regarding your account not being credited with chips for the referrals, we need to check those accounts to see if they are in good standing.
So please private message me their user names.

We just recently launched another page on LCB. So comments made under Editorials Page will earn you 20 cents. Minimum characters requirement is 60. Space between the words and lines DON'T count as characters.

Hi everyone! I'm a relatively new member, signed up a couple of months ago when I found the LCB exclusive Skrill bonus on the web and a thread here on the forum helped me to get the bonus credited with the help of a Skrill rep - a great offer and service!

Anyway, yesterday I spotted the $ counter in the top right and initially thought perhaps you had launched your own casino!
