Thank You for this post, it explains a lot but i admit im new to this, i received emails and regular post mail even about Liberty and Lincoln casinos and thats how i got here ; i was trying to get in the free roll tournaments and the links and codes used work, here i am but i admit im lost and still dont know what to do. Which lost tokens are you referring to?  Any denied shop requests are refunded back to the member. 

If you are referring to your "lifetime earnings" being different to your current account balance then they will never be the same if you have had a refund.

Example:  I've never bought a shop item and my current balance and lifetime earnings are $20. I spend $5 on a casino chip from the shop so my new balance is $15 and my lifetime earnings is still $20.  Lets assume the $5 purchase is denied and refunded.  My new balance is as it was i.e $20 but my lifetime earnings now shows $25 as it includes the refund of $5 as well.

Hope this helps to explain why there will always be a difference if you had a refund or indeed successfully purchased a shop item.

If my assumption is wrong, please tell me which item you believe has not been refunded.

So a new member complains about rules, makes me wonder if u joined LCB for the sake of money only. This is about loyalty contributions and not about you making a quick buck.

the only dumb thing here is you trying to convince eveyone that this is not about money. Ofc it is otherwise you wouldnt be posting this.

Such rule was made in order to prevent abuse by new members that are only after money items. Want the earn some cash ? Prove yourself worthy of this community, that was and is active regardless of the LCB Shop.

If indeed you plan on contributing to the site regardless of the shop, then 3 months is nothing. 

Lastly if you dislike the rules then dont participate and keep contributing for the sake of contibutions and for the benefit of this site and its users ( like you would do on any other gambling or non gambling site ).

No, I don't think so.  Implementation of that part might be a way down the road yet.

for the trada spins in the shop can you get if you have made multiple deposits equalling over $20 or does it have to be one single deposit of $20

The wording says "Must have made at least one deposit of $/£/€20 or more in the qualifying month without taking a bonus".  I would take that as one single deposit however, there is no harm it trying if you have deposited more than 20 in total in August (current month). 

Denied requests are refunded so you wouldn't lose your "points".

Rule 12 has been updated:

12. No multiple accounts allowed. Shop claims will be allowed only to one person per household and IP address and you can only purchase shop items for yourself.

Rule 14. Of the t&c states that all chips earned in lcb will be reset.so if you have $10 lcb chips in balance it will be $0.00 at the beginning of January?

No it doesn't mean that.  The cash purchases are re-set to nil in January.  So for example, a long standing member who has claimed over $500 in cash items from the shop would be penalized because they are a long standing member and would have to spend $10 in between every cash item purchased.  Re-setting the amount claimed each year stops long standing members being penalized for being loyal.  Members still have to spend $5 in between though.

The spins you purchased on 13th were credited on 15th - please login to your Trada account.  The spins you purchased today will be denied as the item is only available once per month.

I'd like to talk about Rule 14 which reads

14. In order to apply for cash items all members must have approved and credited free chips claims in between the real money claims ( cash , bitcoin, money vouchers etc ) for the amount no less than $5. Those members that have a high ratio of cash claims ( $500 or more per year) will have to do free chips claims worth at least $10 ( combined ) in between ( each ) real money item claim.
All these free chips claims must be approved and credited, ie members must be eligible to receive it, in order for subsequent cash claims to be granted. The year begins in January and ends in December. Once a new year starts in January, cash claim totals are re-set to nil.
This rule is to be applied to contest winnings too, all in accordance with rule 13.

I'm particularly referring to the bolded  part of this rule.

It seems some members are confusing this part of the rule with perhaps LCB taking all their chips at the end of the year.  Not the case.  Or even that they don't have to spend $5 on casino chips in between cash purchases once January arrives. Not the case.

It is the total cash purchases you have taken during any one year that are re-set to nil. You must still spend $5 on casino chips in between cash purchases, always.

So for example member Johnnyblogger has had 10 cash claims in 2018 totalling $250 and 15 cash claims in 2019 totally $375.  Each January Johnnyblogger's total cash claims to date are always re-set to nil.  The point of this is that Johnnyblogger is not penalized for being a loyal member i.e. he doesn't have to spend $10 in between cash purchases because he has claimed more than $500 in total - the total cash claims are always re-set to nil in January.  His last cash claim was in December and he wants to claim another cash item.  He must still spend $5 on casino chips in between. 

I hope this goes some way to explain the confusion that seems to be arising again and again.
