I found a new web site Called  REMOVED , it's not really a Gambling site, but it is a Auction web site with a very new concept. This Auction allows you to take the item that you bid and win or take the CASH OUT value of the item.
What's really different also is that the clock does NOT restart  or add 15 second when another person bids. When the auction clocks hits zero,it really means ZERO and the auction ends.

To answer your question... when you deposit without a bonus all the money you deposit is free and clear to withdraw at anytime and you can play any games.. with deposit bonuses it give your more money to play with, more money to possibly win with, more time in your play, but theres rules on those as in WR's and Playthroughs as well as some restrictions..
It is basically up to you and how you want to play..

Finding a good deal with low WR's and Playthrough and high max cash-outs we do get them time to time, they are not hard to beat if you can just take the time, play slow, keep your bets steady is what i have learned to do.
