How to make a screenshot

If you want to make big, normal screenshot, you should press print screen button. that's all

aa,  i forgot to give full answer and explain. if you want to make one screen screenshot, you must press alt + print screen. that's it!

You can try Nimbus Screenshot addon, its easy to use/save.

i think, there is one good program to making screenshots when we are on facebook, whatsapp and etc... without taskboard

...but now i can't to remember the name of this useful program. i will write its name here when i get idea of name.

Kathy, I think the problem is your image has a lot of white space around the actual screen shot, that's why the picture is so small. Not sure what you're doing wrong there though. 

I typically use altprtscr and then save in paint at normal size. For the above I used ctrl prtScr and saved as normal. I am sure it's something in paint. Maybe I will try making it bigger??!! Will try soon! and TY again!

Is there any application that allows you to make more screenshots one after another and saves them automatically? 

I am not thinking about screen capture software that make screenshots in defined time intervals, but that you just press 'PrtScr' key and get jpg image without pasting it in other program and saving it.

Yes, there are plenty of apps that do that. There is one included in Windows, it's called Snipping Tool. I also use PicPick and Greenshot, both free. 

Thanks I will definitely have to check that apps. That would definitely be useful and save me a lot of time.

I know how to use the screenshot but what i want to learn is for example your picture is too big and when you want to post it it cant be posted cause it is too large or too big and you cant post it because there is a limit on how big or large you can post but anyway what i use is photobucket and it does what i cant do.

It is very easy to resize image on you computer using Paint application. Open the image, press Ctrl+W and in the window that pops up put some value in percents, like 50% will halve the size etc... Leave "maintain aspect ratio" checked if to preserve proportions. 

Than you can upload the image directly, or use photobucket or some other free image hosting

Lightshot is probably the best program for screenshots, as it's free for download and only 2.60 Mb big! It even allows instant upload so that screenshots can be viewed online, shared, edited or saved as JPEG anywhere on PC or Mac. The icon appears in the Notification area on Windows after the program has been successfully installed, but one must still press the Print Screen button manually. Hope this helps!

Oh, I so like screenshots. This is a most good thing in this world. But I live on Mars or Jupiter. I don't know and don't care about this. Please tell me how to make a screenshot. It's new information for me

You can use third-party programs. They allow you to assign this function to any key. I for example, use the program Ligtshot.

Of course "Lightshot" program is much more convenient now, two times faster you can post a picture. Open the image saved by the program on the server and copy to the forum its address.

There sure is but it depends on what phone you have. Instead of explaining how to do this ( because there are so many different phones) here are some useful links. There are also useful videos on YouTube that you can watch. Hope this helps!

You have to copy Embed link (you need to click on Share first) from YouTube, and then you have to paste that link to “Source code” here on our page.

You have Source code in Tools and also in Toolbar.

in fact, to make a screenshot is very easy and simple. you just have to press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and past this picture on paint/word document. that's it.

Ctrl+Print screen than paste it in your Paint application .....but you can aslo get a tool called Prntscrn wich automaticlly saves screenshots in your computer.

before a few years one man could not take a screenshoot noway, and after he tried all, it turned out the keyboard was tained.

Download the Lightshot, it's very easy and useful app for a user. There you can make a screenshots and mark somthing or and pointers. Also you can save screenshot on your computer or to upload it on server or to copy it and paste in chat.

I am looking for tips for a program that you can activate that will take and save the screenshot with just one click or one command. Without having to copy+paste it to a program. So that when you are playing, you can just press the button and the screenshot is automatically saved and you can click the button again and again for more screenshots. I have yet to find a good program for this.

There are plenty of programs that can do that. My personal favourite is Greenshot (it's free).

And for Android users? I try now a lot of Times to upload an screenshot but i never find the way to make it ^^ i dont have a pc

It might depend on the phone model you are using, but on my Android phone you have to press the power button for a couple of seconds and then you can select taking a screen shot from a menu that also includes power off and restart.

To take a screenshot open the screen that you want to capture.
Press the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.

If that doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.
Your phone will take a picture of the screen and save it.
