  • Hi guys,

I would like to know your option about, how often do you like to get contacted by an operator about a promotion. There are different ways, here I would like to ask you, how many E-mails do you accept per week as active customer.

In the end I also would like you to tell me, if you want E-mails by specific strict day plan, for example every Monday, Wendesday, Saturday or if you like to have 'spontaneous' mailings, following a non-strict plan.

I would appreciate, if you would tell me your opinion.

  • Anytime I receive E-mails more than once a week, I generally unsunscibe comepletely.

Spontaneous emails are definately my preference.

  • This is a great forum topic!.  I receive mulitple promotional emails from many casinos daily, as well as, promotional mail circulars, also.  I really would prefer if they were sent to me in honesty that I qualify for the offers.  I get very upset, when I follow the instructions and login, then find out from entering the code, or contacting the chat rep and then the chat rep tells me I am not eligible or have to make a deposit, and ususally I have to send/forward them a copy of the information, because they are not familiar with the promotion.  Then sometimes I am told that their Casino doest not offer free chips, or no deposit bonuses. And the mail or email has my name, address, username, and tells me I have not played in a while and come back with this reward.  Some of them even tell me I have a balance left in my account and should come back at try for a big win. Well three times the leftover balance was , $0.2, $0.4, and $0.8.

When I ask why do I keep receiving them and stop sending them to me. I am told that everyone gets it computer generated, and I still receive them.

So, my answer to your question is I like and don't like it.  But Now I know which ones are serious and.will honor. So I usually delete them.  I will not say which ones, unless I am specifically asked by name, of my experience in particulars

  • I have received promo mails from casinos I have played before once in 2 week

  • In my opinion, the main thing is not how often you get promo message, but how interesting they are. If operator is often offering really useful promos, it is ok to get emails even every day. But if the offers are typical, without anything truly original, then even once a week may be too much.

  • Nice to have something everyday but most of them are bad offers, who cares about 10% deposit bonus if you can deposit without. Better not hope too much, anyway when checking email boxes it's nice to see different offers from casinos and play them as long as they stay valid more than 24 hours.

  • I don`t care how often emails come, but wish it were more informative, is casino offers some bonuses it will be better if they give me info about wager and other details.

  • As for me I don't like very often promo mails. I prefer mails wich contain interesting offers from casino not often than in 10-14 days.

  • i like it wen i get manny promos if possible wen you can choose out of allot of good promos from diffrent casinos noth promos for 10% bonus ore deposit 10 get 10 free spins need to be the good onesmoney

  • i like to recieve the promotional email as often as they want, because i dont want to miss anything.

  • I rarely read this. 80% of the messages are just garbage. If they send something interesting, people in the Internet start talking about it, then you can search messagesmiley

  • I voted 1-2 days by a strict plan and I feel any more than that is too much. It’s nice to receive promotional emails on specific dates rather than alternating dates because you’ll know when to expect them.

@sterzik made a great point though. Most people are posting the promotions on the internet that they have received by email. Since it’s really conviennent why even bother filling up your inbox for no reason. I guess there is a chance that it could be a personal or enhanced offer but most of the time it’s not.

  • If its a no deposot bonus i like to receive always, if a deposit bonus i prefer to look in the site of the casinos i often play more, but dont mind to receive 1 in a week promotion mail.

  • I often send emails to the post with shares. I prefer no-deposit offers, but there are very few of them.

More often than any spam, from its receive there is no desire.

  • Emails like 400% match off of a casino I don't trust or are brand new are typically casinos I'd ignore. I research these casinos before I commit to them just to be cool! Stay safe guys!

  • Often letters from the casinos get into spam. You find them when the offer has expired.

Hey Kevin! What's Ironman up to, new inventions?

Yeah, I get that a lot! Affiliate emails with a list of old casinos that I already been too and links leading to expired or erroneous pages. Ahh the life of a gambler :)

Interesting personal offers should not be provided in spam. Messages from a good casino mark as needed. And then it come to a normal folder.

  • I receive every week from different casino

  • I like te get emails daily but not from the same casino.

And when i get a promo i want that same promo daily.

  • I like to get the promo email every week my self i hate when my email is full of useless promos and offers that i will never use

  • I like receiving mailings no more than once a week, at the beginning of some kind of promotion bonus . It would be great.

  • Often I receive letters from the casino with a promo. On one hand good there are suggestions, On the other hand many garbage promos..A few days ago we received a very good offer.Bonus repulsed. Put the winnings on the output.I'm looking forward to it

  • I received about 10 to 20 promo emails from various casinos but 80% of them just uninteresting promotions. Some promos are great such as 100 free spins for only €10 deposit or a day offer of 200% deposit bonus.

  • Since I registered to several online casinos, I receive from Monday to Friday an average of 50 promo emails a day

  • I get promotional emails constantly from all kinds of casinos. I think that if you go after a lot of no deposit sign up bonuses as I and many other members do you end up with a lot of offers every day. I think I would like to get less of them with less frequency, but they do not bother me that much I just ignore them mostly.

What I hate is the sms offers that make my phone give a little sound at all hours. Those I want none of.

  • My email it’s become like a casino forum any time i create new account on any casinos  i use there newsletters  iprefer emails
