    I was on Golden Casino, I used my visa gift card, and deposited $50.00. I sat there for an hour before I got mad and called the casino. Upon contacting the casino, they told me I did not make a deposit, as the card number was not recorded. Although my statement on line reflected a debit from them. It was also recorded in thier transaction history report, but they still refuse to depoist the $50 in my account nor will they return it to my account. I have never seen such creeps in trying to get my money back. DO not waste your time at GOLDEN CASINO THEY ARE THE WORST.

    UPON MAKNG A DEPOSIT OF $50 ON MY VISA PRE PAID CARD I WAS WAITING AND WAITING TO HAVE THE GOLDEN CASINO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.  AFTER AN HOUR I CALLED THEM.  THEY TOLD ME I DID NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT AND OH WELL BASICLY.
    I GAVE THEM THE ID FOR THE DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUJNT THE AMOUNT AND ALSO MAILED THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT FROM MY ONLINE ACCOUNT. STILL WOULD NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.  I ALSO POINTED OUT THEIR TRANSATION HISTORY REPORT REFLECTED THE DEPOIST. STILL REFUSED TO RETURN OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. NOW I AM IN THE PROCESS OF REVERSING THE DEPOIST. THEY ARE THE MOST UNREASONALBLE PEOPLE I EVER DEALT WITH. DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH IT. GOLDEN CASINO IS A RIP OFF
