coronavirus in your country?

I think its clear as day at the moment; When you allow people over the world to travel again and the checks are very very very poor ... Then you instant will see increase in covid-19 infected people.

I also see it now in The Netherlands ... The numbers are getting up again and I fear the worst if there arent any actions/measures taken by the government soon ...

I think people should STOP traveling for a while; specially when its just for fun ... We first need to have THE cure or whatever for this nasty virus!

Perhaps, if a whole world is "closed" for just 2 weeks, maybe the virus will be stopped or at least the numbers would be decreased at high level. We are all aware of the situation this would affect the world's economy but now the young are most infected and speading it...

The invisibile enemy messed up our lives and we cannot plan anything. However, we need to be responsible until the serious solution is found, especially because of the older people that are at higher risk of severe covid-19.

Just for the record, we have one more case of Covid-19 in Newfoundland since that post.

I am very fortunate. The county I live in during the summer has had 0 deaths from covid19 this year.

And schools got the thumbs up to open. The parents that are worried will be allowed to have their kids do online studies instead of in person.

Glad to hear that eberetta1. Hope there will be neither death nor sick people and that all this agony will stop soon. 

The virus has gotten so much worse  . Now with the varients i do not know when things will go back to normal. I am so bored i am looking on LCB at posts and having nostalgia about the good old days . I am hopeful things will get better soon  .

I've been reading about all kinds of strange home remedies. Why some people won't get vaccinated is beyond me.

Everyone I know and myself who have had the vaccine says that it hurts only as much as a regular flu shot, and I agree.

Although there is a large amount of various vaccines available only half of the population is vaccinated and only a few respect the protective measures. It seems that we are at the brink of the sixth wave of the epidemic.
