Shop and rewards will once again be disrupted over the Christmas and New Year holidays as the usual Christmas Bank holidays will be treated like a weekend day.
Cash requests will be sent up to and including 23rd December. They will then be sent between 28th-29th December inclusive and will return to normal late night Sunday 3rd January..
No cash requests will be sent from 24th-27th December inclusive or from 30th December through to 2nd January inclusive.
Some shop items have already been removed due to reps' holidays so here are the shop items that have been, or will be temporarily removed:
Casinoluck - already removed and returns 9th January
Kajot Casino - being removed tonight (21st) until 29th December
Slotland/Winaday - already removed and returns 4th January. (No SL/WIN cashback either until Monday 4th January)
Please, therefore, be patient if you purchase an item and don't get a result within 48 hours. Last shop requests will be sent late night on 23rd December. Please allow for bank holidays and weekends. If you don't like waiting, don't buy it yet.
