    huh yes you are. 

    I've sent you several messages about the rules and bonus terms, but you haven't responded to me once. You were only asking for money. 

    Your last approved and credited chip request was on June 4th, 2020, and just after that you had an approved cash request, June 5th 2020. 

    Then, for a few months of 2021, you had 30+ denied requests (no deposits, multiple accounts, different email / usernames provided for the same casinos) and multiple cash requests. 

    I asked you to pay attention to all bonus terms and to stop just randomly purchashing shop items. I sent you the first warning on August 2nd, 2021. 

    I gave you one last chance on September 14th, because you said you understand what was required of you. 

    I told you that your following requests must be approved and credited. And that I would ban you from the Shop otherwise. 

    You again requested a chip (theonline.casino) and you were denied because you never deposited. 

    And you were banned from the Shop. Instead of contacting me, you went around bothering my colleagues about this issue. 

    I have no itnention of removing this shop ban.
