All Inclusive Vacations

Hi all!

I look in the magazines trying to come up with ideas of where to go or what to do but I realize sometimes the greatest vacations aren't always advertised in the magazines.

Has anyone gone on some type of all inclusive vacation such as a cruise or to a resort for a week or so tht you could recommend?

If you could tell me where, what and price range I would appreciate it.    I prefer all inclusive so that you pay for it in one lump sum and not constantly having to come out of pocket during the trip.

I was looking into Beaches Resorts, and for a whole week with a butler it was 7k which seemed good because it included EVERYTHING.  But of course something that costs a third of the price or less would be even better (ok.. we don't really need a butler lol).

Overall, I’d suggest looking for a resort or cruise that offers what you need (like food, drinks, and activities) without the extra bells and whistles like a butler or super luxe extras, which can drive up the price. Also, if you don’t mind a smaller, more laid-back resort experience, Club Med has some great all-inclusives in places like the Bahamas and Mexico, and they tend to offer a lot of activities without the high-end price tag.
