    I don't do Instagram but I edit one thing on every picture I post on whatever platform. I don't share the pictures directly from the app or device/card,  I share them through Imagepipe. It's an open source app that removes any exif data. 

    I don't edit my face or appearance in pictures, I only adjust brightness, contrast etc if needed.
