Can you really even win anything?

I am just curious,am dying to know if anyone has even been able to cash out on a bonus with deposit ,and or a no deposit welcome bonus? I feel like the playthroughs on half these casinos is ridiculously high or if you get lucky you'll meet the requirements but won be able to cash out because you don have the min withdraw amount in your account. And when you do deposit any money on these casinos none of the games will hit at all. I feel like they just take your money. I have been loosing allmost all no deposit register bonus and when i win its a hard time to receive the winning , one time they dont pay me 150 Euros another they ask for documents delay the payment and deposit of money is necessary and they limit the amount of cashouts.
