My balance still says $0.01 but when i check the bonus section on my account it shows the $30 is there its just not showing on my balance

Just to add i downloaded the casino and checked my bonuses in that cashier and it shows the $30 it was added on the 10th and removed on the 11th.

I found the bonus under the no deposit casino section
There is no mention of the 1 hour rule so I wondered where my bonus went
I had to stop to sort out the kids, came back and no money
Only after looking again did I see the very small info symbol under the name which lead me here
Could someone please put a note in there where you claim the bonus so others do not get caught out like me
I had over $40 in there

Just makes you wonder if they would pull a stunt like this to deny legitimate winnings from a player. seems like they are the same group as winner casino and they dont have the best reputation

So after registering an account, got a popup s that said  my account was locked for security reasons.  Called support via telephone and the guy said that Winner casino is not available to Canadians.  Told him I was calling the number on the Magic Red site and he said they are connected therefore my account was locked because Winner casinos do not allow Canadians.
