Using Vista it is definitely not an issue , so should be able to register an account with Hippodrome from any device using any Operating System.

I`ve checked with your IT team and they didn`t spot any IT issues on our side, however sometime it might be the internet connection that it is a bit lower. After that you just tried to create a new account and it just got stacked.
