I chatted to the casino rep. the only problem is that they do not have German support for DE players. So they dont feel they will be able to cater to the German market 100%. That is their reason behind not including German players in on this offer.

Actually I dont see a big problem there, a lot of sites do not offer German support but offer them Bonuses too, if there is English support its even better, i guess almost everyone is able to speak enough english to understand the Mails or chatting with casino reps...
I think those who are not able to speak english wont take this offer, because they are not even able to read the jswqzs.com pages. if he is able to read your no deposit pages (in english) he probably is good enough for the language

Regarding your query, I can assure that I have treated it with the utmost importance, as expansion into new markets is something Grand Reef Casino is obviously very keen on. After discussions with various personnel within the casino management structure, as well as performing some analysis on past data, there, unfortunately, is no strong argument for including Germany, and indeed any other countries besides allowed New Zealand and Canada, in the list of included countries for the no deposit bonus in question.

Whilst what you are saying, that Germans who can speak English are just as likely to play at Grand Reef as any other player, may well be true, the casino’s past data tells another story. We have had well in excess of 100 players from Germany attempting to claim the $25 no deposit bonus. Many of these have attempted multiple times too. And a grand total of 0 players from Germany, coming from this promotion, have made a deposit.

Importantly, German players from other traffic sources convert at a lower rate to the casinowide average. This analysis, along with my personal experience, corroborates casino management’s opinion that, without German-language products and support, success in Germany is very much a matter of luck.

In summary, whilst we are certainly not labelling Germans as unimportant, there simply is not enough evidence to suggest that enabling the abovementioned no deposit bonus for players from Germany would be beneficial to the casino. Although it would result in increased signups - from all over the world, and not only Germany - the fact that Grand Reef Casino only offers its product in English will always be an obstacle to long-term success in these markets.

thanks for this long Explanation, I now see your Reasons and agree that the German Market might not fit too you 
But there is one thing I would like to know: Have the German players, attempting to claim the no Deposit Bonus gotten it? If not that could be a reason for them not to deposit, because for a lot of guys (like me) its important too have some free money to be able to test the Casino and if lucky to cashout too see how long your Payouts take so they can make a picture of the Casino.

To answer your question, the German players have not received the bonus, as they were never eligible for it. Of course, I understand that this would have negatively affected the potential conversion rates, but it was clearly outlined in the terms of promotion that it was only open to new players from New Zealand and Canada.

It's a bit of a Catch-22 situation, it seems, but hopefully, we will be able to welcome German players to our casino via no deposit bonuses and similar soon
