Cool promo Emma, thanks! But I am a bit confused as to the T&Cs after I chatted with Live Support.
I managed to increase my 5ND to €104, but according to:

Adam: As there is no deposit in the account, the wagering has not started yet, so I am not able to tell you how much wagering you have at this moment.

There is, however, no mention in LCB's post of a qualifying deposit being required. If a qualifying deposit is necessary, say for instance € 20, would I have to wager € 20 + 200x5 (=1000) before I can withdraw the max of €100? That seems a bit stiff...

I tried to explain to Adam that this was a special and exclusive NDB, but he kept referring to Glimmer's bonus policy.

I am sorry for the confusion.
But the terms are mentioned very clearly on the Glimmer casino terms and condition page.
The bonus needs to be wagered 200 times.
So the €5 no deposit bonus needs to be wagered 200 times 
Moreover the winnings which are more than $/€/£100 will be revoked.
So I believe you will not be able to withdraw more that 100 even if your bonus winnings is more than it.

When I click the withdrawal button, there is no mention at all of the progress of wagering... Also, support insisted that I had to make a minimum deposit and THEN the wagering would start. I cannot withdraw to Neteller, only to bank transfer (in my case), but I don't know if I managed to complete the withdrawal process. Could you please ask again?
