Normally that is when you have a double account but in both casino I have ony one account. I´ve mailed the supportteam of vegasonline abot 10 times and they say there is nothing wrong with your acc.nr. If someone has the solution I´ll be happy. -

I have tried to contact live support for at least five times and every time afteer five minutes of holding, said that live chat offline so I sent them emails but not even one email back...I am thinking to give up and let it go. poor support.

"The reason for this is because we are being forced to block at the IP level, not the ISP level. That means that even though someone may not live in Kentucky, if they are routed through a Kentucky IP they will appear to us as though they are within Kentucky despite the fact that they could live some distance away. For this reason we have had to block not only Kentucky, but many of the outlying cities. There will be people like this guy who shouldn’t receive this message but do anyway. We are aware of this and unfortunately at this time we are unable to do anything about it. We are doing everything we can do to satisfy the courts. If all goes well we might be able to loosen up in the future, but for the time being we have to sacrifice the few for the many."

I am sorry,bkddh5! I can not understand why these casinos are not in the same book all the time but what else can you do but walk away. I did get $20 with no problem but I won't make any deposit at any of these casinos. I get emails from both golden and online vegas most of the time they are free money coupons and deposit promotions but I usually ignored them because, their email supports are very poor and takes forever to get respond and their live chat is almost every time off line. For the first time, I got through with live chat for one of free money coupon with code, a guy name Alex said that $50 will be in my account in 20 min. and nothing after one day so contacted another live chat someone else told me no because I received $20 from Lcb exclusive which I am okay with it but I asked them not to send me any more coupons or free entry for tournaments...I am the player who think highly of casino who has a fast, top notch customer support and so far only that category casinos are all micro's. I also like top game casinos support except Money casino-you will never ever get their response, rival casino live chat are not so friendly either...just my thought.

Sure i will do my best.Over a year ago they had a site that you could use to dep funds.It was called Pay-call and based in london. Someone (not me) opened an account with them and Did a 150.00 Dep to golden casino then Disputed it.Golden casino told me that my account will remain Closed till it gets the 150.00 that was Disputed.I have called paycall and even sent emails to them about this matter and all i get is (you have no account with us) Yet golden casino says i do.So i have been trying to get this fixed and seems no-one cares.Well i do becouse i've never disputed any charges with any casino.Sure i did enjoy golden casino and others,but i'm at a loss on what to do.Seems they have someone else confused with me! I also lost money i had in my account becouse of this.I even asked if being on wireless system might have caused this!They said no it doesn't.Well i hate to prove people Wrong,but i can drive around my nabor-hood with a laptop and when i get a signal i stop and Bingo i'm on someones wireless system.I can access thier computer and see all thier files etc.Anyway if you dis-agree with this,feel free to try it your self.I no longer use wireless becouse its not safe.Hope you understand what i'm saying.
