No, ive got the confirmation message that it says that i activate the bonus but i dont see anything in my balance.

I opened the Casino and claimed the bonus but nothing was put in my account. I logged out and back in and tried again and it said I already claimed the bonus but my balance was still showing 0. Any ideas since live support is away at the moment
