    Sorry to hear this.

    The general rule for all no deposit bonus offers are that  you cannot play the bonus on progressives and that they don not count towards wagering.

    It did say in my original post - No progressives slots allowed
  • Yes I have just seen it says in your post never the less, I made my deposit with live help still there with me and I clearly asked them all rules on wagering and they failed to tell me about the increase if I play progressive. I guess its all a learning curve isnt it.

When I spoke to live help the 2nd time after I had won the money on the progressive slot they FAILED to tell me my wagering had been increased and said I only had to wager £3000 it wasnt until I had wagered £3000 then conveniently I was told oh actually you have to wager £5000 another £5000 on top of the £3000. Thank you for the reply but it is totally irrelavnt. The site needs to employ live help staff that actually know what they are talking about. Its a joke. I play on a lot of casino site and spend alot of money on sites that are genuine. Im disappointed to say the least

    Further review of the gaming and the interactions taken place between the player and customer support has been completed which confirms that the player was informed correctly.

    Upon the first chat session request of the player dated 22/07/2012, information of the welcome bonus had been provided confirming that the wagering was in fact 30 times as the player had not played on any progressive games.
    On 23/07/2012, one of our customer support representatives initiated a chat session to update the player on the wagering progress and provide more details. However the player claimed that no assistance had been asked for , and so the chat session ended.
    A third chat session occurred on  24/07/2012 when the player requested assistance regarding the wagering progress and was given the exact amount wagered and that remaining to wager. At this point the wagering requirements of the welcome bonus were still of 30 times as the player had not yet played on any progressive games.

    Lastly, another chat session was requested by the player on 25/072012 regarding the wagering progress and it is only from this day that the player had started playing on progressive games. The player was informed accordingly that the remaining wagering requirements had now increased to 85 times in line with our terms and conditions concerning the welcome bonus. 

    I can truly appreciate the frustration of the player however the full terms were not hidden at any point and were available on the pop up, before accepting the bonus  and on the link provided above for any player to view.

    That said, I would kindly suggest that cocopop3 contacts me via pm to see if there is anything further I can do to provide a more suitable solution.
