Thank you, Melissa, Since I started online gambling last year,in most instances, I paased up hundreds of opportunity to play. Only because, the bonus restrictions were non-cashable, and some of the Reps reiterate, that you are only playing for free and none is withdrawable even if you make a deposit.  I was informed that you the winnings are not available if you do not make a deposit prior to claiming a non-cashable bonus. So. in example, I have one casino in particular that my balance remains at approximately $300+. I've gone back to play on several occassion and tried to make a deposit, and would still told that the money is stil not cashable, even if it says Cash and Bonus.  A few otheres, I even made a deposit, and when I tried to cash out the winnings, I was informed that I was not eligble, even though I made a deposit. When prior to making the deposit, I was told that I could withdraw if I win.  I care not to name the casinos at this time unless requested by LCB or Casino Rep staff. All proof can be provided.  But actualy I'm really tired of posting and making commplaints. It's more work than gambling and/or searching for the right honest casino, or referral.

So, I'm confused.

And trust me I feel that we would be totally lost with serious financial troubles if LCB was not in our learning process and reviews. So, I feel that the issues are just a contradicitve and casinos way of winning to placetheir unknown knowledge and blame in a way that the finger is going in no ones direction.  It's unfortunate that it is what it is, but that is the game of gambling.

As a result, the casino has decided to remove certain types of bonuses as an option for some players in specific countries.

This really is unfortunate but if the level of abuse is so high, the casino must act to conteract it.

It means that after you have finished wagering requirements you can withdraw only the deposit and the winnings (the maximum cashout is $200). The bonus amount is deducted. 

As Sydney says, the bonus is not a cashable bonus, meaning you can't cash the bonus amount out. You'd need a balance of at least $240 after wagering to cashout as the bonus amount is deducted. I'm working this off the LCB40 free chip code ($40).

I have claimed a no deposit and requested payout. It has been 11 days and i have not yet seen the money in my account.

Hi, looking at this right now. I notice the player is actually located in Malaysia which will slow things a little. 

The funds were apprved and sent on 7/20/2017.

The second was requested on the 29th (Saturday) and processed today. the 31st. 

Regards the first one, Karolina is sending your the recipt for the send of the money, you can present this to your bank so that they can then track it down. I assume it's stuck in banking red tape somewhere?
