We've received a reply from the Casino Representative regarding your issues with the free spins offer. The casino's Technical Department says that you didn't sign up to Cardinal Casino through LCB link, therefore you weren't able to reedem LCB25 bonus code.

I see that this casino says every user didn't sign up via lcb link, so i have screenshot before clicking the link, once I arrived on the registration page, and after i registered.
