I emailed and received the £5 bonus  , claimed it in the bonus section and shows in my account...but...gonzo quest and jack hammer are not available as netent slots seem to be restricted for UK, loaded in 24 but it says country restriction..left with boomanji to use bonus but credits do not show up when loaded in

We've just received reply from the casino.  This is what they said: 'Boomanji needs at least one spin in order for the bonus money to appear on the game. Player just needs to hit the "SPIN" button once and bonus money will be loaded instantly.' Please let us know if this worked. 

No, pressing spin just brings a pop-up saying 'you do not have enough credits to place this wager please visit cashier' ive put it down to lowest possible wager on the slot. Thank-you for your help Sydney

I sent my documents for verification: identity card, screenshot of my account Neteller and a copy of proof of residence issued by the administrative authorities.

After all these steps, They did not accept my proof of residence. It's my right to choose the document that proves my home address while on this document is my name, first name, postal address, number of my national card and date of issue, and that this document is issued by the authorities of my country.

We've received a reply from Campeonbet Casino regarding issues with 'Register' button. The Casino Rep says that there are no technical issues on the registration form. They had a visitor on the Live Chat regarding this as well and after testing, they figured out that visitor was trying to place a really short password.

The Casino Rep advised us that they will change the registration so that the players would get informed that their password is not acceptable.

They should accept US players into this casino. It’s a bummer most of us that lives in America can’t even play at this great casino. Our choices are very limited here unfortunately. I hope it will change soon in the near future
