Right after signing up I received a welcome letter from support.  I replied to it asking to receive my bonus and in about five minutes they wrote back and the account was credited.  It was not the weekend.

I realize patience is key when it comes to this casino.  Yet I can't understand how an online casino wants to operate when you can't afford to have a least 7 days a week support.  That should in my opinion respond in less than 8 hours of an e-mail.

If you can't have the funding to support such a staff, then it makes me wonder if you would happen to have the funds if I happened to win big.  So far I signed up 5 hours ago.  So far I'm in the latter group of waiting more than few hours for my free bonus to be credited.

I clicked on the link, but non the less thank you for bonus.  Wagering is now complete, now I'm just waiting on the cash out to be approved.

So my experience, is that it took about 7 hours for the bonus to be credited.  Even though somehow i wasn't tagged from LCB.  So I received a bonus that was less than expected.  Then it took about 3 hours to process my cash out.

I signed up yesterday around 9:30am (Thursday) and sent message. It is now 5:20pm on Friday. Never received a confirmation email stating they received my message.
