What do you mean by PSN slots?

It's stated in the promo that all slots are allowed. We'll double check on it once again with the rep. 

It only allowed me to play the 3 plays on slots, netent slots loaded with no playable balance, and the other slots like gameart and quickspin wouldn't open. I just got an error pop up

We've double checked it with the casino rep and he informed us that there are no restrictions on slots. It maybe has something to do with geo restrictions of providers themselves. He advised you to contact their Customer Support and provide some screenshots of the issue so they can look into it and try to see what's going on.

I claimed this bonus and had the same issue. I tried contacting support but they have no idea, basically you need to pick a slot (i picked Jack and the beanstalk) and although you see $0 balance in the game, you can make a spin and it will take out funds from the bonus. However the game you chose is the only game you can play and wager on.

I wouldnt waste time with this one. Just my opinion.
