    Casinos suck

This blanket statement isn't very helpful. If you have a specific tip, feel free to share it.

  • Favorite tip: Read them daaaamn terms!!

My tip: Don't do drugs/take alcohol while playin.. It has been bad combo at least fo me!! angrycry

  • I consider all the advice necessary and important, but according to the terms of the competition I can single out one of them, namely - always read the terms and conditions

    terms and conditions

  • My favorite tip: Check the License.

My advice: Think of online casino games as a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. The main purpose to play casino games should be to have fun. If you're lucky and win, that's a bonus. If you think of playing casino games as a way to make money, you will be disappointed when you lose, which will happen often because casino games have negative expected returns.

    2.7/ 5

    3.1/ 5

  • Well, in this video it's everything that player needs to do before starts playing an online casino. my favorite tip is definitely to always read casinos t&c. I don't know how people even start to play without reading t&c. That's rule number 1 if you want to play.

a lot of casinos have fake games and it would be nice if we knew how to spot them. I would like it if you could make a video about it.

  • all tips are very helpful. I can't decide for one, but I just want to mention If you play with the bonus always check T&C and especially wagering requirements/playthrough/rollover requirements. some games give you more complex options for meeting your betting requirement. different games may have various contribution percentages, so this percent tells you how much of each bet make counts towards your wagering requirements. If you want to clear bonus requirements properly, you always have to check this requirement.

  • Yeah this is about the YouTube video for Best online casino tits it was good and my tip is don't gamble unless you got the money to gamble

  • Thanks for this promotion! First off, i really applaud the fact that these kind of informational videos are being made: this is the most important type of info for all players, new and old. As such i can't really give a favorite tip - they are all gold! If i really have to pick, i'd say the due dilligence part is the best! After all - if every player reads the finer print at least once in their life, they'll definitely learn a lot more about Casinos in general, specifically the bonus rules.

My own personal tips i'd like to share (i have done so several times over the years:)):

1: Be strict with yourself - set a stop-loss limit, use the tools available inside the software if applicable (such as max bet limit, max deposit limit, etc.) but also set a cashout goal! Example: if you're deposit limit is 100 per week, and you normally depsoit 25 in one go, set a cashout goal for the point where you're exactly 100 up. This means the week is 'Free' and you can try again with the initial 25! If you follow those goals/limits tightly, you'll find over the long run this will increase your playtime, get more bang for your buck and overall more chances to win!

2: It does not matter if you like tio roll high or low, just see every deposit as a loss, and when you do win, cash out asap! When you have learned to cash when you're ahead, this will also help increase your playtime, whilst keeping a grip on the 'value' of money, and prevent crazy sessions where you end up betting over your usual limits. The bigger the balance, the more surreal it feels, especially if the adrenaline has already kicked in -it;'s very easy to lose control in such cases.

3: Recreational drugs, such as alcohol and weed, are common in a lot of Countries (mine included) and fun, but very risky in a gambling scenario. Make sure to try and keep those two pasttimes separate! Especially alcohol can make you lose control very fast! Unless you're absolutely sure you're in total control, don't mix the two.

I think those are my 3 golden rules (i can and will think of more, but those are for another day:)) and as someone who has been gambling for 20+ yrs, i really urge you to try it: it really helps keeping control.

    Good luck everybody!

  • I TOTALLY agree that reading the T&Cs are very important to know how and where you stand with the casino and know if their worth depositing on!!
And my tip is that if they have a FACTS page must read also awesome video guys! Well done.!

    Screenshot of like video

  • Good luck

  • Thanks heaps for this post

  • You tubei really liked the comments about checking all max bets and withdrawal on bonuses

My advice is don't constantly play the same casino, log out and log back in every half hour or so

  • My favorite tip from the video was The fine print is where the Devil lies - so true!

My personal tip is to read the reviews of casinos here on LCB. I read about the experiences of fellow LCB'ers and I can judge which ones to play at and which ones to avoid.

    LCB video screenshot

  • My favorite tip was to contact customer service to flush a cashout immediately.  My tip - when in doubt about anything, contact live customer service.  I've had very good experiences overall and they are very quick to respond at the casinos I've played at.

Good tip. Yes, when you're in doubt, you shouldn't guess. You should contact customer service before proceeding.

MY OFFICIAL ENTRY TO LCB's APRIL CONTEST

Hello LCBers! I do hope all of you are having a wonderful time while playing their favorite slots at their favorite online casinos. May the odds be in your favor this time. This is my official entry to this month's exclusive contest where we are required to watch this 11-minute YouTube video uploaded by the official YouTube channel of LCB.org entitled "10 Secrets Online Casinos Don't Want You To Know". That was an easy task right? But wait, there's more! Though the next step is easy to do as it only requires one simple click, it is crucial as not doing this will invalidate your entry so make sure aside from being subrscribed to this channel, click on the "LIKE" button and for your convenience I have had it highlighted with a green star on the image on top of this paragraph. Also, though it is not mandatory, might as well click the notification bell beside the "SUBSCRIBE" button so you'd be notified whenever new videos are uploaded by LCB which honestly will benefit each and everyone of us.

Looking at the image I have attached to this post, you would see the 3rd requirement needed in order to be eligible for the prize pool. Yes, you're right! That is my most favorite tip amongst those tips outlined by the host of the video. Why? It's very simple, short and precise yet in the real world of online gambling, I must say is the most importantand crucial part when gambling online. I agree with what the host uttered. We are all lazy reading the terms and conditions of online casinos. We always tend to just do a quick scroll down to the bottom of the agreement, click on I agree without even reading what is actually written there. It is the number cause of most online casino disputes and complaints. Belive me, I've been there, I've done that! After not being paid of half of a bitcoin winning because of allegedly breaching a rule stated in the fine print of the casino's bonus terms and conditions, I have learned my lessons and never will I ever click on the agree buttom unless I really agree with what it says. Save yourself time and money! Prevent yourselves from a nightmare! Read the terms and conditions. This will be very beneficial for you! Thank me later!

So I have come to the final requirement in order for my post to be an eligible entry to this exclusive contest. Yes, definitely you are correct buddy! I must share my own advise or tip that will benefit online casino players especially the LCBers. Well, honestly speaking if you have watched the whole YouTube video, it would be a bit difficult to add some more tips because the person who outlined all the tips were so brilliant that it did not skip a single crucial and important fact every online gambler, specifically the "NEWBIES', must know. Therefore allow me to share a personal advice which may not be vague I suppose but this advise is based on my personal experience and may seem for others to be an advertisement but I would like to proudly say that this advise is only my own personal opinion and does not guarantee that what worked for me will work for you as well. We are all adults so we must always decide on things based on what your brain says RIGHT or CORRECT.

Online casino bonuses may be very appealing to every online gambler, It is the reason why tons of bonuses are available for everyone. But since I, nyself have had the worst nightmare of not being paid a big amount of money, as much as possible, I refrain from claiming bonuses from the online casinos where I usually gamble. Here is the catch, 99% of online casinos will have the bonuses you claimed attached to strings of very difficult to achieve wagering requirements and not to mention the very confusing terms and conditions, but you must know there is this online casino not everyone may seem to know who gives a lot of bonuses and not one of them ever is restricted for withdrawal after claiming. Seems to good to be true? Well, always remember there is always an exception to the rule. Have you ever heard of Stake.com? This is the online casino I chose to stay and play daily guys! All bonuses I have been receiving here from the start have no strings attached. I am currently on my way to being a Silver VIP member and I am receiving a weekly bonus in BTC where the amount will depend on your casino activity of course. I am not a LIAR guys. See it for yourself. This is the only online casino I signed up and was so amazed by its generosity. As a VIP member, aside from the weekly bonus every weekend I also receive a monthly bonus and again that is not attached to any wagering requirements ever. If your bonus claimed is above the minimum threshhold for withdrawal, even without betting once, you can click on the withdrawal button and withdraw it without any issues arising and not to mention real time cahs otu and automated guys. What more can you ask for? I am saying this for the benefit of everybody and not to advetise since I am not in anyways going to put my referral link here, it is not my thing. LoL. Again, it is worth it guys so please take my advise. You don't need to complete any KYC here. It's a 100% anonymity crypto casino you will soon love like how I did.

I am looking forward to seeing you guys on Stake and be part of the growing community of Stakers online. Join me play with 14 probably fair games which are all propreitary and original. Cheers! Good luck everybody! See ya all soon! More power to LCB. Stay safe and stay at home. Stop the spread of Corona! Ü

    Love;

    NiCOL3

I'm curious with your post.  You didn't mention anything about your cashing out (withdraw).  Plus you didn't say anything about what countries are allowed to play at this casino.  Like I said, "I'm curious".

    3.1/ 5

  • thanks for this post.. awesome helpful vid tips for a newbie player like me..❤️

my favorite tip is a withdrawal lock and manual flush.

My own online gambling advice is that how to play smarter.. when you have profit even if it's tiny, withdraw the half and play the rest.. i think might be useful to include in your next casino tips video would be how to overcome the greedy mindset. Great for people who can’t control for themselves..

    Goodluck everyone..

  • Thanks for this contest. my favorite tip is: Casino terms and conditions.

Indeed, the terms and conditions are draconian in certain online casinos which do not hesitate to register in very small binding concepts such as the withdrawal requirements.

According to the rules for the contest, you also need to share your own online gambling advice.

  • Hello, darlings :)

Before you take part, please read the rules of the contest in the OP.

I'd hate to disqualify anyone who makes an honest effort.

  • I feel that the best tip for Newbies should be aware of at the start of gaming, is paying close attention to their ADVANTAGE PLAY/BONUS PLAY activities. Because at the beginning, a player would never think that their play activity is monitered, and classified for a potential of monies lost, forfieted, banned membership (including all sister casinos), etc. These classifications are not evident until some or all of the forementioned has occurred, and the player still has no clue what has happened, and feel as though there has been some cases of some sort of wrong doing or discrimination towards them. These and other disadvantages, may be placed upon Player's membership, and most of the terms or not stated in the Terms and Agreements directly, due to the circumstances being common sense in an indirect legal way.

This is my opinion the way I feel the gaming system is ruling. There are certain terms in the agreement that leads to my determination, that is very hard for a Newbie, or even a Regular Player that has not figured it out yet. Well it takes time, effort, and loss of money to figure it out. In any case(s), the Player will never be informed that these are the cases. It took me several times, with several casinos to figure it out, and only when I would win large amounts of winnings, as I waited 2-7 days for payout. And at the end of the day, I am told one or more of reasons why, I am not eligible for the payout, after being CONGRATULATED by several casino representatives.  So a few tip(s) I have to advise is:

    1. Do not take advantage of bonus plays, even if the casino allows you to play with them and make you feel that it is okay and you have a chance to win without paying.

    2. Be sure to read all the bonus rules, i.e., which games are allowed and are you able to play other games after bonus play is completed.

    3. The amount of bonus play sessions are allowed before a forfiet. In this case, the Player may not be informed and will continue to play expecting to cashout, when it is really just free play. The Player will not be informed until time has been wasted and excitement has been tormented.

    4. Be sure to ask questions from the beginning of bonus plays if you are not sure. But always remember, you may or may not be informed until it is too late.

    5. Unfortunately, once banned, you can never play again at that brand and sister casinos.

This particular tip out of the 10 tips, actually plays a part in all. I am including a screenshot of only part of the delimna.

    GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

I am sorry about that there was someone who was asking questions! Honestly not advertising it at all. It was a personal tip or reccommendation based on my ecperience which is awesome as it is very rare that you'd see a casino without wagering requirements on all bonuses. That's it simply! I don't intend to advertise. I am not the owner of the casino. I am a depositor. Thank you for understanding!

thanks for the heads up, forwarded to our tech dept.

  • i think this advice is worth a mint. a few years ago i didn´t know that this is possible. would have saved me a lot of money :)

another option to save your winnings and without the need to contact the support is to set your loss limit. many casinos offer this function even if they don´t have a withdrawel-lock-option.
just set the limit to one euro for a week and you can't lose more than exactly that euro. if you cross the line the slots will close automatically. another option: use the function "short break" and exlude yourself for a certain period.

regarding the video i i also liked the part about the importance to inform yourself well. and this especially if you use a bonus. in most cases it is better to play without because the wagering requirements & conditions are difficult to understand and fulfill. and (unfortunately) there are more bad than good ones.
    but there are exceptions:

    • bonuses with extremely low wager requirements (less than 25 x - usually you can claim such a super bonus only once - so in this case it makes sense to think about a bigger investment).
    • then there are so called "parachute" bonuses - you can cash out your money & the winnings at any time as long as you don't slip into the bonus money.
    • very few casinos offers a 100% cashback without strings attached. they will refund your first deposit if you don't double your money within 24 hours & lose it.

and of course one should take the chance that no deposit bonuses offer. but unlike three years ago i don't take all of them. if i see beforehand the casino is not trustworthy or the wager requirements are insane i just save myself valuable lifetime and frustration.

    apropos frustration:
do not get stuck on a slot if it does not throw anything off! even if it´s your favorite and was paying well yesterday. as i experienced most of the big hits come within the first 10-20 spins. if nothing happens after a restart (or maybe a second ) it is time to try another game. and to find out if another provider works better that day.

I also don't play on the same casino for weeks. just swap from time to time. at least because this is often helpful to break my own gambling-routines.

sometimes before i start to play i browse a few community-websites and have a look at the winning pictures that were posted by users that day. not only just to get an impression which slots could work - also to find out if its a "gamblers day". if there are just two pics and usually around ten i had the experience that its eventually not a really good day for a play (but of course this is nothing to rely on ! :)

and last & the most important: find the cash-out button and use it (sigh)

    bonne chance!

  • The most useful tip in my opinion was to read the Terms of Service before playing at any casino. The ToS section is the most overlooked area of online gaming, and that is an absolute shame. It needs to be applied to much more than online gaming as well because casinos aren't the only ones to hide questionable tactics and unreasonable regulations in the deep recesses of a ToS agreement. Pay close attention to what you're reading don't give up until completion, too, because the verbiage in most of these ToS are either extremely vague or confusing in order to deter most people from reading the terms in its entirety.

I chose to add to one of the tips instead of giving advice/opinions on a new subject. Hope that's okay... Anyway, great contest! Thank you for the opportunity to win something as well as producing the good video for us to interact with. :-)))

This is a very good feature. If an online casino has this feature, you should use it.

  • i_love_lcb

I think one of the best tips is to research the casino. Since Joining LCB, I have found out by coming here and joining, this web site gives you so much information about the casinos on the web. Not only do they give you the best advice, being good or bad, but they also reward you for coming here to LCB with great knowledge and they have so much rewards for being a member. Me, personally always come here before I deposit in a casino to know that I’m not getting ripped off. I have claimed free chips at casinos here by just depositing making comments and rating casinos.Thank you LCB for being the best!!!

  • I'm pretty sure I didn't do the activity correctly by just expanding on the tip I thought to be most useful, so here are some that aren't on the video.

1.) Do not use the same password at any of the casinos that you have already used at another casino. If someone hacks a casino and gets client login information from it, chances are that the person using the stolen info will try that login info at every online casino they can find.

2.) Use any 2-factor authentication options the casino has available in order to keep your account as secure as possible, especially if you keep money in your casino wallet for any extended length of time.

3.) This one I cant back up with any hard data, just experience. If you're at a slot that you play often and the timing seems off or the reels spin a few more times than usual before stopping... LEAVE. Close your window and browser, clean history and cookies, then re-login to the casino and play a different game for the day. :-))) Could just be superstitious, as most gamblers are, but I win more than I lose. So maybe there's something to it. ;-)

  • It was all very useful information I wish I had had previously. However mostly I would say due to the many losses of winnings I've had I would say the most useful tip would be to make sure that you have all the information and the casino has all the information they need in order for you to cash out seamlessly before you win.  All the times I had asked for withdrawal I have needed to first deal with the gathering all my information for the casino during which I would always end up playing my winnings and then losing it all.cry

    Here's my screenshot

  • I think everything in the video would be good for newbies to know however the best advice from the video, in my opinion was about the Bonuses. They always seem so appealing but at the en of the day some of them are not at all worth it. For instance, I got 15 free spins once. Somehow one of those free spins won me over $200 leaving me with a $7000 playthrough... Ouch. Had I managed that playthrough I would have only been able to withdraw $100 from which my bank takes a $25 fee. $7000 playhrough to end up with $75.  Bit of a tease an Id rather just playthrough $7000 that came from my own deposit because then id at least be able to withdraw the amount I wanted. Bonuses usually end up being 50% of a $15 deposit with 35x playthrough and thtats if its a good one! Bonuses are a surefire way to minimze your withdrawal options and amounts!

I've had a pretty good run on the onliners. In the last 18 months Ive probably withdrawn upwar of 70-75k and have realistically deposited 5k... Maybe... that's a huge over estsimate... most likely I've deposited probably half that... Have never deposited more than $30 in one go and yeah. On average have won around $400 for each $20 deposit... whether I've withdrawn that is another story but thats a self control/discipline issue not a 'luck' issue...

My advice encompasses a few things. So as I've already mentioned- opt for no bonus. If depositing the minimum, deposit at  very leas $1 more than the minimum. Then when beginning a new game, start with the second lowest bet. If you dont win in the frst three spins (even if you only win 1c) then the game is unlikely o pay big. If it looks like its paying be patient and dont up the be too quickly. Gradual upping until youve made some bank and know for certain a game is onza. Never decrease the bet though, better to change games than lower your bet to try an make up for losses. After a feature never change the bet straght away, do at least 3 or 4 spins before upping it an the three spin win rule generally applies here too (keeping in mind there are ALWAYS exceptioms to these "rules".

The most important piece of advice- be realistic and know when the game is swindling you and quit while you're only a little bit behind. Despite what you may tell yourself- the game does not owe you. It does not owe you if its taken 1/4 of your bankroll, nor does it owe you if it has taken 1/2, 3/4 or hell even 9/10 of your bankroll. Sometimes they ust take. Make your losses up elsewhere. Oh and TRUST YOUR INTUITION. If youve just played through 27 of your $30 deposit without a single winning spin bur have a feeling that game is the one- TRUST THAT FEELING. And if you dont 'get' all that 'new age spiritual hippy shit' about intuiion I'd advice to stop being so narrow minded, buy yourself a itgers eye necklace and play some maniffesting abunance on youube while you poke. It might just pay off... Better to err on the side or the magical yeah? Youd be limiing your luck potential if you didnt...

One last thing that should be ttoally obvious but is forgetten WAAAAY too much... Be a good person. Be kind to others, be thankful for wins an be a gracious winner.. Be generous with your wins, as well. I've found that after a big win online I'll shout a couple of friends a beer and real life poke and win. In fact its the ONLY time ive won on real life pokes. Recently, I won 5k online, about an hour after it landed in my account I gave two friends $50 each and put $50 in a machine myself and third spin $700 jackpot... Walked out that night with another $1000.

And finally... be generous with your kindness especially to support staff online and especially especially the real life attendants who work until 5 or 6am and who manage to deal with drunk morons with a smile. Say thank you, I hope you're having a nice day or ask how their ay is going and actually wait for them to answer before launching into whatever problem has you speaking to them in the first place. If you win tip the support staff (there's an option at he end of he chat) or throw the bouncer $20 on your way out of the real life venues. Karma is very very real and being generous and kind means that the universe will likely provide again... Plus it makes you not a dick. If you're nice when you're poor, be nicer when you win. If youre a dick when youre poor... well you need to change that shit because aint nobody got time for dickheads.

Best of luck fellow pokesters... may the wins be with you <3

Yes, in my opinion, there is no point in playing before getting verified because if you win, you'll have to wait. Even if you don't continue playing, you money will be locked up. That won't be good.

  • Hi,

As a gambler i just can't help but to actually share some of my terrible winning and lossing experiences.

Question 1 : My favorite tip.

Answer : None. This is bec no matter how well experienced and informed you are at gambling, the reason it's called gambling is bec you have no idea what will be the result of your gamble. At online casino's though, the tip about always reading the terms and conditions before making a deposit i feel is your best way to have a peaceful mind and happy gaming.

    Here we go....

One weekend i was with my Dad when we decided to hit a casino a few miles from home to get our fix and the itch of gamling. We decided to take a cab so my mom won't notice we left the house, fast forward... 2 hours past and we are losing almost all of the money we brought  ( Playing Baccarat ). Took a little break had some sandwich and go back. 30 mins and we're left with cash for a cab back home as we had lost all of the money we had. You're right, hell to this cash for a cab, we decided to go all in one last time, only from this moment on we never thought we are going to leave that Casino a freakin WINNNER!!!! We won so much that night that after we got home we had to wake up everybody and give them some cash.

    TIPS:

THESE WORDS : DON'T STOP BETTING UNTIL YOU HAD NOTHING LEFT TO BET.

For Online Casino : Don't settle for deposit bonuses, as much as possible avoid it. Nothing's free in this world.

Disclaimer : When you decide to hit a casino, always bring only the cash that you are willing to spend. This almost always guarantee you still have a home to go to even if you lose. ( dont bring credit\debit cards and the likes. Just cash. Take a cab and always take some breaks and eat real food.

  • Irrelevant.

You think you'd leave a chunk of money on your casino account just sitting there, waiting for the hacker..

2 factor is waste of time and does not guarantee security at all. You clearly stated that on your first tip.

just being brutally honest here friend. Peace!

  • Takadhun wrote:

No, it isn't. Two-factor authentication is definitely more secure than single-factor authentication.

  • Whatever makes you comfortable. I just don't find it useful.

  • It's definitely more difficult to have unauthorized access to both your password and your phone.

  • there is no 100% protection but 2FA does make it more difficult for potential abuse.

  • You just made my point. Anything that's less than 100% onto something like this, is merely a waste of time and effort. So why bother. Hehe

Making your account more secure isn't a waste of time. By using this logic, you shouldn't use a password either because using a password doesn't make your account completely secure.

  • Is that your best counter about this argument? Using logic about not to put a password all bec somebody finds somethimg about a specific softwre he find useless? Really? We going this low now?

Okay, i'll bite. Tell me, how much do you pay for your authenticator?

Hmm. NONE, ZERO... right? Now why do you think that is? To protect YOU and your precious passwords? wake up!!!

Not sure if you understand my post. You said it yourself that anything less than 100% is a waste of time. Your password doesn't make your account 100% secure, so according to your logic, using a password is also a waste of time.

How much do you pay for your password? If you don't pay for it, does it mean that using a password doesn't make your account secure?

  • Hey, LCB members, firstly, congratulations for 130,000 members, wow!!!

Andrey did a good job with online casino tips, very useful for all beginning players.

I want to share a news and tip regarding RTP which was mentioned in Andrey's explanation.

RTPs have to be fixed. This rule was out of question.

My advice is to play slots with 96% above.

However, from late 2019, Play N'Go started to provide online casinos to change RTPs for each game.

There was a news on it in LCB news, I can't find it.

After this cunning business tricks, most of casinos lowered RTP from 96% to 94% or lower. Some casinos don't even show it in the Game Help section. Crazy.

And very disappointingly, NetEnt and Red Tiger (acquired by NetEnt) are also providing online casinos to change RTPs. NetEnt seems to be re-launching some of their most popular games with lower RTPs, for example, StarBurst at Videoslots casino is lowered from 96% to 94%.

Some of you might wonder if that 96%, 94%, 91% really matter..

Yes, it really affects players winnings, because players tend to play their favorite games to spin over some hundreds times, over long period.

I hope that UKGC and MGA give them a hard lash on this kind of tricky business, but better if players can punish them by not playing any lower RTP games.

    Enjoy your games!!!

  • The contest is finished.

    Winners will be announced soon!

  • Wow thanks sound like fun
