Bovada used to be the best in the industry hands down but they have just changed so one sided .yes they payout quick but they constantly shove the refer a friend bonus in your face. I get emails weekly about it. so i refered my father in law and he deposited 100$ . The guy is far more into football than I am and on opening week he won almost $400. we were ecstatic , I myself only play slots and some basketball . well he withdrew the money and the next morning both our accounts were disabled .They would give no reason why and told us they would give us the results within 24 to 48 hours.We offered to provide any information necessary and sent over our drivers licenses utility bills and bank statement to prove that everything was legitimate . After four days I got an email that my account would be unlocked but his account would be terminated because it violated refer a friend bonus terms but with no explanation why and he would lose all of his money. Talk about a scam the poor man was skeptical to begin with not only did he win but they took his money and disabled both of our accounts.I'm going to attach all the photos to prove everything please be very aware of these refer a friend bonus scams it's just a way to get them more business and more money when they can just essentially use any rational to deny the terms and keep the funds

Also bitcoin is very useful when depositing and withdrawing on the site they do give you the option to have one check sent to you with your winnings without any fees the next check is $100 fee. What they don't tell you is the check that they do send you is through a third-party lending organization in another country so if you live in the United States the check is illegal to cash and no agency bank check cashing place or facility that deals with money will touch it so I have a $360 paperweight sitting in my drawer for over a year and they will refuse to refund it or redeposit it into the account do not have a check payout if you are thinking of that plus they'll charge you $100 for it if it's more than once

I figured I'd also throw this in so I was just using bovada an hour ago and made a bet on the game.They said i won on the bet. So I continue to play slots and all of a sudden it says insufficient balance but I had a $25 balance left I then looked and I was -$8.48 they decided that the wager was settled incorrectly on their part ,so they took the money back and put my account now in the negative .so if I decide to play again I have to pay them almost 9 dollars because of their mistake .I'm going to attach these pictures as well be very aware of their scams.Essentially bovada is willing to take your deposits but will try to find any way not to pay you them including over almost $400 on the referral bonus that was 100% legitimate the checks that they send for your winnings that are uncashable,And wagers they pay you on and then unsettled take the money back and essentially now put you owing them. Between the uncashed will check in my father-in-law's referral a friend winnings that's almost $800 they  reneged on. I would take them to court for a small claims but they don't technically have any legitimate gambling license if you check online they do operate without a license so there's nothing that can be done
